Online Vision Center Orders

You can now order glasses, frames, and contacts on paylessdailyonline.com! We ship the items to your home and they arrive within 7-9 business days.

Placing an Order

  1. Search for eyeglasses and add your frames to the cart.
  2. Select Options to customize. Selecting eligible frames will show the prompt Make these frames your own.
  3. Select the prescription type, materials, and lens add-ons.
  4. Review your selection and select Add prescription. You'll see a prompt to sign in (if needed) or a prompt to create a new Vision profile (if the prescription is for someone else).
  5. Upload an existing attachment or take a photo of your prescription.
  6. Enter your pupillary distance (PD). This is the distance in millimeters between the centers of your pupils. You can enter it manually or select Measure Now to have your camera measure it for you.
  7. Select Add to cart. You can continue adding items until you're ready to check out.
  8. Check out. You'll get a confirmation email when you place the order and another when it ships.

Returns and Refunds

You can return your glasses in the Payless Daily app. They're eligible for refund to your original payment method only within the 60-day return window. They're not eligible for replacement.

  1. Go to the Order Details page.
  2. Select Start a Return.
  3. Select the item(s) to return.
  4. Select the item issue and item condition.
  5. Select the return method (E.g., schedule for pickup, drop off at FedEx, return by mail, etc.)
  6. Review the order and select Submit.

Common Questions

What information do I need to place a Vision order?

You need a valid, current prescription and a PD measurement. Prescription requirements vary by state. You can measure your PD on paylessdailyonline.com.

Can I use a prescription for contact lenses to order glasses?

Contact lenses and glasses lenses are different prescriptions. See Payless Daily Contacts for more information.

How will I know if there's a problem with my prescription or order?

You'll get an email or text within 48 hours letting you know that the order has canceled.

Can I order progressive or bifocal lenses?

No, only single-vision lenses are available at this time. Progressive and bifocal lenses will be available in the future.

What if I have questions about a frame fit or style?

Please contact your local Payless Daily Vision Center for help.

What if my frames need adjustment?

Please visit your local Payless Daily Vision Center for free adjustments.

Can I use insurance benefits or insurance reimbursement?

We don't accept insurance for online eyewear orders at this time. We do accept most major insurance in the Vision Centers. Please contact your local Payless Daily Vision Center or your insurance provider for more information.

How can I find my order confirmation or track my order?

View your order in your purchase history or use the Payless Daily app to track your package.

Is there a warranty on my frames?

There is a 60-day satisfaction guarantee with online Vision orders. This doesn't apply to eyewear from other departments, such as Sporting Goods or Apparel/Accessories. You can also buy a 12-month replacement guarantee at a Payless Daily Vision Center within 14 days of your purchase. The guarantee isn't available in:

  • Florida
  • Indiana
  • Ohio
  • Wisconsin
  • Puerto Rico
