Very Happy With This Unit!
We were very pleased with this AC unit. After pushing off investing in a strong AC unit and suffering with a weak AC unit for months, we finally gave in and purchased this one. It's been a lifesaver this summer. It finally cools down our room and it works quite well. The features are great. It's not even so loud. Would highly recommend .

Very disappointing, and I'd really hate to go thru the trouble of taking it out of my window, repacking it, and returning it to the store. Such a hassle.Haley

All at a SUPER price! I have one of the same size, but the previous model from Cool-Living that I have had in my bedroom for 5 years now. It still works just great! Arrived in great shape. Our living room / kitchen is 20 x 25 and the 8,000 BTU AC seems to be perfect. It was packed well and everything we needed was in the box. Tomorrow is our 60th Anniversary and this was our gift to each other. Perfect for a Summer Anniversary! We love the remote.Mary

For the price its not too expensive its a reasonable price. It blows really cold air within seconds. It's perfect for your room. I love my new air conditioner.Rose

The cover is broken and the screws etc are all missing. As I am a retired craftsman, I had replacement items on hand. So, I just installed the air conditioner and it appears to be working? I don't know who destroyed the packing materials, but if you purchase this item, insure it beforehand. I think for the money, it was a good buy, dispite my issues. Good price, and now putting out cool air.Dennis
