The Best
Since i got my pitcher i can't drink water unless it from my pitcher now because all waters
taste nasty. Water is my #1 beverage. Now i really know how water is suppose to taste. I need a bigger pitcher because i drink a pitcher in no time but its only me so i can deal with it. I 100% recommend this but if its more than 1 person you mite wanna get a bigger size. Its better than bottled water to me . 2 thumbs up

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/20/2023Gasket issuesI just received my Zero Water Filtering System yesterday. It does what it says it will do. My issue is the gasket on the lid does not stay in place. I have filtered 3 pitchers of water and have had to fix the gasket 3 times. I was going to add a picture but it would not insert it.Jeanette

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/19/2023I'm feeling ripped off.Putting the parts together was tricky. There's a thin tube-like piece that is supposed to prevent leaking located on the top front lid. It kept coming off. Then, while that's falling off, you are also supposed to line up the posts to the matching holes. Good luck with that. The TDS stick wouldn't work. It is also tricky to operate. I tried 5 different kinds of water and none of them registered 000, including the Zerowater pitcher filled with water!! The filter that came with the pitcher was in a torn (cut) wrapping so maybe that's the problem. But at this point, my 3 stars is overly generous. The filters are 3 times more than what I've been paying for Brita filters. I could fill out a complaint form but I'd have to pay for shipping. It isn't worth the effort.Marcella

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/14/2023Sour Water... Two Devices... Three Water Sources !This is the second time I've tried this water filter. The first being about 5 years ago in another location with apparently not as lousy water quality as where I'm at now. In both cases the water tasted ok after the first few uses and then for whatever reason the filtered water becomes increasingly sour tasting to the point of being undrinkable well before the advertised average filter life is reached. I understand that water quality varies greatly from place to place, but twice now with the very same issues with at least three different water sources is a bit too much. I've gone so far as to bring this current filter to a friend's house where their water quality is quite good with the exception of the chlorine and floride added to their city water which is something we can all do without and the very same issue arises with the water tasting sour even after a few times of use with the different water source. The replacement filter costs are astronomical and I definitely find it more cost effective for me to just keep on purchasing bottled water instead. Unfortunately this device is being returned for the second and last time.Brody

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/28/2022NOW I LOVE WATER!This filter is incredible. The water actually tastes better than it did with other filter or unfiltered waters. I used to detest drinking water although I knew it was necessary for good health. Now I actually drink water because it is so refreshing.NGPK

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/18/2022Lasts 3 months in SCIf you have tap water that has a tds count of 20 or less this filter can last three months, the actual meter will state 0 even after three months but i change it anyway, i live in South Carolina which has one of the top 3 drinking waters in all of the USA If you have a tds count higher, then such will affect your filters life spanEric

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/04/2022AwkwardIt pours the water out on the counter when filling the coffee maker. Handle is awkward to use , overall shape is awkward to use. Wouldn't buy this shape again. 7 cups is a little too small, have to fill the pitcher with more water just to fill the coffee maker fully.Linda
