Great for a small space with no power
I am using this for a small 8 x 10 chicken coop. Extreme heat is very dangerous for these guys. This has made a huge difference on hot days.

did not cool
Product did not cool down the interior of my work area (truck) in the evening. This is a small area, but even oh high, the temperature did not change. Also, the battery did not charge with the adaptor for the cigarette outlet. This has made this product useless for me.

    Delivers as advertised
We bought this unit for maintaining an RV cool so we wouldn't need to run the large installed unit as much. Our hope was to cool down the RV (a 25 foot coach) with the main unit and use the portable one to keep it cool for 30-60 minutes. The Zero Breeze delivers as advertised. It has an efficient compressor and consumes only 250W. It certainly blows nice cold air. Unfortunately for us, it simply did not have the capacity to keep the RV cool for even the short time we had hoped. If Zero Breeze makes a larger unit, I would be interested to buy it. For this model, I'd recommend it for a suitably small space.

Gets the job done, lightweight, easy set-up
Bought the version with two batteries in March before a spring a break camping trip for our daughter. Her and her friends enjoyed it, and sure enough two nights ago our AC went out so we fired it up and are keeping a 12x15 office space cool for work purposes since AC folks can't come out for a few days. 80 degrees and a bit humid outside, 72 degrees cool inside - we're pleased! To be honest I didn't even realize it came with a foam cutout to feed the heat exhaust tube out a window, makes it a pretty easy setup. Light as well, 22lbs...which i think is exactly the weight of a case of beer. We are really pleasantly surprised by this product and have recommended to friends.

    Forget about the commercial!
It is not handy, it is heavy, Remember! this is real AC, so you need to make this zero breeze label with surface and wait half an hour to properly operate. The zero breeze must be within about 2 feet away to feel the cold air blowing on your face and body and it is quite noisy. The ac unit temp drops about 50 F on 70 F day. I haven't really tested on really hot day yet. For the quality, the unit price should have set at about no more than $300. I bought it because my house can't install window AC.

    One of a kind!
I have been using this little AC for a year and it works great! Genius idea! Running it off of the A/C adapter, works best for high power extended time use. Although it will not cool a very large area, just having it blowing on yourself will definitely keep you cool on hot days.
