This Set comes with Everything that you would ever need. If you are driving on a road and you have noticed that your automobile or a pick up truck tire is losing air, due to a nail or some other reason, this set will definitely help you out in not getting stuck on the side of the road for hours until tow truck would arrive. Just simply take out your Viair 400P Portable Compressor Kit, inflate whatever tire is losing air and drive yourself to a shop of Your Liking.

    After seeing many positive reviews of this product, I went ahead and purchased one myself for the purpose of maintaining my truck and trailer tires which require approx. 80 psi, this really does the trick.

    Works great for my uses. A little complictaed to pack and unpack, but perfect once set up.
    Mounted in a flatbed toolbox with small 2 gallon tank, wired direct into the truck and has a nipple fitting. Only had a few weeks, but works great so far. Coiled air hose is handy as well. Not a full-size compressor, and don't expect that. But works excellent for airing up truck and equipment tires in the field. Made short work of an inflatable kayak for the kids this weekend. Does need seperate fittings for anything other than filling tire stems. Best way I found to do this was a seperate coiled cord.

    Great little pump
    Very quiet for a small compressor. Battery power cords could be longer. But does all that it is advertised to do. Pumped RV tires to 100PSI no problem. Will be very handy to have!!

    Viair. Life's simple lessons.
    Viair compressors are more expensive, but if you get stuck on the road with a soft tire or slow leak it will work. If your friend or relative calls and tell you they came out to go to work, the airport or bowling and their tire was flat, it will work. Nothing worse than standing out in the cold and lonely, plugging in your little plastic compressor and smelling something burning. What's that smell. Too late. Viair is not like the cheap one you get from the department store. Those are disposable throw aways. Keep one of those for a wheel chock. If you like being prepared, if you like plans or strategies in like then Viair will work when you need it.
