Not Happy!
First one stopped working about a week after purchase. Base handset wouldn't hang up the line so it kept the line open all the time. Returned that one, and was sent another one. The second one did the same thing virtually out of the box. In the process of returning to warranty department! If I could give it less than one star I would!!

    As all the features you would want.
    What I liked about the phone that it had all of the features just like the more expensive ones. What I didn't like is that the handset to the base unit was dead on arrival (no dial tone could be heard) I called the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement for just the handset for that base unit and was told no they don't have it. So, I would have to return the whole unit and get a different one that might have the same issue. The ordering and delivery went flawlessly in fact it showed up days earlier because I was much closer than most people to the warehouse.

    Do not buy this phone!!!
    The volume of this phone is terrible, people can hardly hear me and I can hardly hear them about half the time and I bought is only a month ago,, can't return it also...

    The phone seems to be fine so far. When I received the package, the box was so damaged! It was like the delivery folks kicked it around before delivering it to me! Then when I opened the package, it smelled highly of cigarette smoke!!! YUCK!! Unprofessional!!!

    Very pleased with our new phone.
    So far, so good with the phone. We got it because it could be mounted on the wall. The caller ID is very easy to read and we appreciate the various other features this phone has.

    THE TRUTH, THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH ONLINE SHOPPIN
    I CANT GET ANY VOLUME, I HAVE TO PUSH THE RECEIVER AGAINST MY HEAD, THATS BOTH PHONES, THE BATTERY WAS INSTALLED IN CORDLESS PHONE, I HOPE ITS NOT A RETURNED ITEM,I NEVER GOT A VTECH WITH BATTERY INSTALLED IN IT

    Works very well, after 30 caller ID calls you have to start deleting and short plugs so get extension cord if you need to. Both phones work perfectly well. Got a good deal for excellent quality.
