Pretty styling and nice complement to the farmhouse lace dish set. Fabulous size for a generous cup of tea or coffee! Comfortable handle and pretty neutral pleasing color.

Poor quality
one cracked first time I washed it, second one chipped when I put in cabinet. Not very good quality. Was going to buy plates to match but decided they weren't worth the money.

    Great buy
    Really love these! Slightly smaller than other pioneer woman mugs (but bigger than other brands), but best matched the pw dinnerware that we bought. Great value for a quality product.

    Was sent chipped cups (that way prior to shipping)
    Two of the four cups arrived chipped. It was obvious that they were boxed that way, because none of the chip fragments were inside the box with the cups. The cups themselves are as featured and are beautiful.

    Set of dishes doesn't come with the cups which I don't really like but able to order separately. Bigger than I thought they were but that's ok... More tea and hot chocolate or coffee for those who imbibe.

    Break and Chip Easily
    We're not exactly gentle-handed with our mugs, but we're not monsters either! Had these for 6 months and had two throw out 2 of them already because one chips and the handle broke on another. Just purchased a sturdier looking set elsewhere to replace them. But they are very cute! Love the size and neutral color.

    LOVELY, STURDY, ECONOMICAL
    Mugs are too big for my taste, should offer a smaller size. They can replace the bowls for soup. Large plates have a flat center for ease in cutting food, small plates do not. Weight is sturdy. Don't know if they offer purchasing extra individual items in case of breakage. So lovely to look at, sets a pretty table!

    The pattern is lovely and Pioneer Woman a highly recognized brand so I purchased 3 boxes and had planned to give as gifts. The majority of the mugs have unfinished spots around the lip of the cup. Poor craftsmanship either fired or glazed improperly would be my guess at the factory level and lax quality control when boxed for shipping.

    Took a while to get back in stock but when it did order was processed and delivered quickly and well packed. My collection is complete could not be happier with it .

    Looks good, but Fragile!
    Though the product states that it is dishwasher and microwave safe one of the handles broke off the mug the first time it went through the dish washer.
