    A few marks on the binders
    A few of the binders had black smeared marks on them. I purchased them for professional reasons and having those marks wasn't a good look.

    The click-n-pull service is awesome. We had waited for weeks for binders to be ordered. Finally a customer service person suggested the click-n-pull service and our binders were in and available for me the very next day!!! I will definately use this service again in the future.

    We compared with other office stores, and this was by far the best value. Just be careful that when you punch the sheets that go in them you allow for the small ring for this size. We had our copies made and punched at Kinko's and some of the pages were hard to turn.
