Very Bad Experience and you just lost a customer
I have 3 New Air units in my house right now and since i have been patronizing them, i haven't experience an horrible experience like that of the last purchase. Major components were missing and parts are broken. To crown it all, i return the package and till date i am not sure if they have return my money and i requested for my shipping which was paid in full, they declined. I have wanted to return the BAD Component for a NEW GOOD ONE but since they refuse to refund my money,,,,,,THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. Not at this pandemic time when other companies are showing love to customer, they have decided to act WICKED. AGAIN, THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/15/2021A purchase of a remaufacted ac unitAs far as the unit itself works good as far as buying remanufactured I have doubts that it was ,My unit came missing a wheel no instructions and no carbon filters which tells me I probably got a returned unit straight out of the box as far as customer service they were great at helping resolve the issues but I shouldn't have had these issues,I am still waiting on parts as for instructions they sent me a pdf so basically I feel like I got a second hand unit ,A big disappointment after waiting a week for item to get here in the middle of a heat wave the unit itself doesn't stand up straight do to missing wheel however if I could do over I would have purchased a new unit because the unit does put out ,So I would recommend the unit to anyone wishing to buy but you may want to roll the dice on buying remaufactured my unit was just placed in a box and taped upBob.H

Did not receive a manual or a plug for the drainage port. Used a container and the supplies hose for drainage but the whole water container drained straight through immediately running all over my floor. The unit itself turns on and runs about a second before it shuts off and will not start again until you power off then runs for a second before shutting off again. At one point the whole thing started shaking and sounded like a jet about to take off. It has been over 100 deg recently so I ordered this several weeks back thank God my invalid mother is not currently staying with me.RVance
