Greatest Water Cooler Ever!!!
This is the greatest water cooler ever!!! The bottom loading feature makes it easy for anyone to install a new bottle and the overall design is extremely attractive. The controls are by-touch which makes it super easy to dispense water. I love this item and highly recommend it.

looking to buy durable water dispenser? look for other brands. my second dispenser in a year from PRIMO, all sitting in my garage. total waste of money on this made in china dispensers. after you buy with all the warranty promises, you don't even find any warranty contacts from Walmart.

    Disappointed
    We bought this water dispenser about 8 months ago. It worked well until about a month ago. I started to notice that through out the day it lets out drops of water. This has made me question how much longer it will actually work. For now, I leave a cup at all times to catch the water. At this price point I would have expected a little better quality.

    Love this water dispenser
    We drink a lot of water in our house so this was very much needed. It has been a lifesaver! since we've gotten it, we never run out of water. I love the smart touch feature and the fact that I can choose cold, hot or room temp water. It is definitely worth getting.

    Bottom loader!
    Pleased with the product. Have only used it for about a week so far, but does what is advertised. It did take reading the instructions a couple times to catch on to its functionality, but very easy once you get it. For older folks or others that cannot lift a large water jug to refill a typical water cooler, this bottom loader is perfect! The bottom load feature is what sold me on the product and so glad there is such an option. Cold water gets real cold and hot is very hot. Unit is not too heavy so I would say most people would not have a problem moving it as necessary.

    Actually I was little skeptical to purchase this item before becoz of their mixed reviews.but I m glad I purchased this one.although I had some issues with their broken part but with quick Walmart customer service I get my right product.this dispenser is great.it gives chilled water so no more needed ice

    Family loves to drink water and was tired of seeing plastic water bottles everywhere. Easy for thr kids to use but does has a safety feature so kids do not get extremely hot water coming out.

    Good solid machine so far
    Some other reviewer said this machine is very noisy when refilling. Maybe her machine is defective, because, although it makes a noise, I would not consider it noisy. The machine is easy to use and the water, although not ice cold, is cold enough for me. I think it was very pricey, but since I like getting bottled water, it works out fine.

    Best unit ever
    I'm a huge fan of drinking alot of water and this bottom loader has a uniqueness. Press the water button for three seconds and water comes out without holding down a button. press the button again and it shuts off! Very clean looking since it's all white with the silver accents. Worth every penny!

    Two weeks in and my kids and I are enjoying our new water cooler. If you dont mind a mini cooler especially if you're short on space like I am, you would like it. It's very quiet and I like the touch buttons for dispensing water. The only thing I don't like is that you have to be careful because its fragile, I tried moving it to another area in my kitchen and I bent the side in, but my daughter knocked the dent out. So, I wouldn't suggest moving it alot.
