    Fitting
    They might have to modify the bottom fasteners. When tightened the fasteners have a tendency to push the bottom of the fire screen assembly out from the wall.

    Replacement Firescreen
    I replaced a 30 year old brass fireplace screen with this new one to compliment my Hayneedle Austin fireplace mantel. Received purchase in 2 days from ordering which is exceptional! Color is exceptable, beveled glass and screen line is slightly off causing an imperfect closure of screen and allowing air gap. Noted this has been a problem mentioned in other customer reviews. Contacted customer support who quickly addressed the issue to my satisfaction influencing my rating of 4 Stars as opposed to 3.

    Dark Antique Brass
    The product is beautiful and well made but the Antique Brass is very dark. Our fireplace surround is dark green marble which doesn't help. We love the style of the screen and quality of the materials. I would give Hayneedle a five star for service as this is the fault of the company that made the screen and not Hayneedle.

    Beautiful Fireplace unit!
    The fireplace glass doors actually arrived in 48 hours after order was placed. The unit was wrapped well and was 100% upon arrival. I love the item. The entire unit is very high quality and my handyman had no trouble installing it. Very Good Value!!!
