Great Features
The tooth brush is great. The beeps that tell me when to move to a different place in my mouth was great. I have a tendency to push too hard with the toothbrush. The pressure sensor helped me with this. I like the 3 different settings on the brush of clean, white, and gum care. I alternate the settings. I also like that the brush has a stability notch on the bottom to keep it from rolling. This is a wonderful tooth brush.

Hope I can save someone from wasting there hard earned money. I purchased this in September of 2022 and it would NOT keep a charge . It went in the trash!!

    The toothbrush did not hold a charge
    Would not hold a charge. Charged it for 18 hours before using it the first time, it worked but the batterie was dead by the next morning. Put it back on the charger for 24 hours thinking maybe it needed to be charged a full 24 hours before it worked properly, this time I was able to use it twice before it quit working. The toothbrush worked fine when it had a charge, it just would not hold the charge for long. My old Philips electric toothbrush would work 14 days with one 24-hour charge. I'm not charging it again, I'm returning it.

    Mouth feels clean
    I love how the brush cleans my teeth… I see the difference already. But for some odd reason the light of my brush stays on, whereas my husband's (5100-black)or daughter's (4100-army green) toothbrush does not do that. But overall performance so far it good.

    Sonicare improved their great product bought one 15 years ago from my dentist that recommended it, I have not been back to the dentist since, the newer model has been updated with better options and got rid of some options not needed, Thank you Philips Company

    I bought this tooth brush in 2020 because my dentist said this kind of tooth brush is better. Well it now doesn't charge. The battery light just keeps blinking. It's been on the charger for days and it still won't charge or work. I don't know what is wrong with it. I tried different outlets and nothing. I just bought some new brush heads too thinking that some how that might work. I don't really want to buy a new toothbrush because this is not that cheap. I'm a bit disappointed. This is my first electric tooth brush and I thought it would last longer than it has.

    You've never brushed your teeth before this!
    This toothbrush is amazing I need about $1500 for a dental scaling. My teeth are fine but my gums are a mess I have periodontal disease and they were infected swollen and in pain. Sine I can't afford the dental work right now……. I bought this brush hoping it would help. Not only has it helped it was basically a lifesaver. I paired this with Plax mouthwash and I see the difference in less than seven days. This was the best investment I've ever made in a toothbrush. It has three settings gum whitening and cleaning and it also has 30 second intervals which will let you know which quadrant you should be brushing. It buzzes when it's time to switch. There's nothing about this toothbrush that's not wonderful. If you haven't used his toothbrush you've never brush your teeth in your life. A must buy. If you have plaque and tarter on your teeth also use bentonite clay with this toothbrush once a week it will be a game changer.
