Coolest cooling fan
I live in hot and humid place and the temperature can go up to 90. But I need to do my regular walk daily. I tried using different fan while walking but it's either too big or much energy consuming. This tiny fan is easy to carry and though tiny it serves it's purpose of cooling. It consumes less energy. I've been using it for 1 week daily, 1-2 hr per day and single battery is serving its purpose. I bet this single battery will last long. The on/off switch was little tight in the beginning but it has loosen up with use and now easy to glide. This thing has soft plastic blades and it won't hurt you even if you stop it with your hand. I don't mean put your hand in to stop it but what I meant is there is no fear of injury, hence can be used even by toddlers. And, no you don't have to add water or double battery in this. Just buy it, put in single battery and there is on off gliding switch and cool off .... easy!!

Disappointed
No impressive in the slightest, I work at Walmart and our store is hot, bought this until my fan for my register comes in and we'll after day one of use I'm ready to return or trash it. Not sure if the batteries are working or the fan is just weak, it worked great at first but after a few hours (non-constant use) it was no longer putting out much air.

It is light enough that I carry it in my handbag. I have another one that I got at Walmart many years ago and it is still working great, but I wanted to get a second one in case a friend swipes my original one.Suzanne

The fan is very light weight. Close to five inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches deep. The complete rotating fan is three inches. The blades are made of foam and will stop if you touch anything with it, but hair can get tangled around the fan blades shaft. The fan blade assembly is removable from the shaft and slides right back on. They come in a variety of colors. It comes with a carabiner to hook on anything you want so you do not have to carry it and so it will be handy. A slide on and off button, stays on you do not have to hold it on. It does put out a nice blast of air. Found it usefull at a gym, in a stuffy store and I know someone who loves it for hot flashes.denbroncos

I wasn't expecting much out of it since it was so small but I was pleasantly surprised. It fans really well and helps keep me cool. Comes with a clip as well so I can attach it to my purse so it's never lost. Will definitely get a second one so my son can use one in the dugout during his games.Amber

It comes with the battery included, so it is ready to use right out of the package. The small size makes it very light weight and makes it fit perfectly in the palm of my hand and easy to take along anywhere I go. Having a small sized fan with me during these hotter months is great! I get to cool down while out and about, while going on walks, sitting by the lake, at barbecues or even in the car. The carabiner is nice to have to hang this portable fan on the belt loops of my pants or to attach it to my purse or backpack when hiking with my family. With it being small and able to hold in your hand. You could take it with you when you are outside going for a walk or a run and while sitting at the beach watching the children playing in the sand or while playing in the water.
