    I recommend the clamp meter for the average person
    It comes with everything that is advertised. Batteries are included. The temperature sensor isn't inaccurate as far as I can know at least. The multipurpose probes aren't the best quality, but they work and are insulated well, it's what you should expect for the price. There are caps for both ends of those probes. It's hard to change the setting with the thumb from the side of the dial, you need lots of force. The bag is made of a thick polyester textile and has a zipper. It can't measure DC amps! I know that the Ampere, Volt, AC Hz, and Continuity readings are accurate. The meter is built of a good quality plastic and is sturdy.
