Super easy to use and fill
My wife can't function without a humidifier on at night, and this one works great. Big enough basin to get through a long night, and easy to fill unlike many other humidifiers of a similar price range.

Functional but disappointing
The actual humidifying function of the humidifier works great! Definitely a noticeable difference for me in the space. While other reviewers (on this site or maybe others?) mentioned having issues with having to refill through the bottom, it hasn't bothered me at all - I knew that when I bought it. I do wish it had an estimate for how long it may be able to run based on the water in the tank. My big issue with the thing is that the smart functions are not very smart. For the first few days, the humidity read through the app seemed accurate but as some others said, now it is reading as WAY above what the humidity actually is. I checked the troubleshooting tips for this issue through the VeSync app and pulled the unit away from the wall as suggested but it hasn't made a difference. Truly upset by that feature not working because it impacts the entire function of the unit. It can't run on auto because auto relies on the ideal humidity you set but since the machine is reading the humidity as way higher than it actually is, the mist never kicks on because it thinks it's already humid enough. For the price difference of the smart model, it's definitely not worth it and has been a big let down.

It happened again this year. We installed this unit in his bedroom where has been spending a significant amount of time during 2020-21. Since installing this humidifier he has not had a bloody nose. I like the fact that it will not run if it is low on water, this was not the case with previous units we have own. It also monitors how much humidity is in the room, again not the case with previous units we have tried, so as not to over humidify the space. This is important to me as I don't want to solve one problem and start another. I am a big fan of this unit.Koualde
