The 24K BTU WINDOW AC
I was so impressed with the one I purchased on 03/07/20, I purchased a second one on 03/14/20. I am impressed with the fan not running when the heat pump is not on.

    Don't 2nd Guess Just Do It
    Gotta give this thing 5 stars.. For starters in order to properly install the unit you must remove it from its case.. I was astonished how literally new this thing was.. I bought it as a refurb but i know for certain the insides had never been used.. Anyway moving on.. yes the outside unit did have a few dents but only on the radiator facing the outside.. You wouldnt even notice it if you didnt look hard..

    Website advertising not honored
    The AC is great but when I ordered it the website advertised it at $429 but then I was charged $529 when I checked my CC. I bought this same exact AC for $329 just 3 years ago!

    Amazing AC/heater
    2 in one model. Very quiet. Lightweight too as every LG product. I bought 4 for my studios and they are a perfect fit. Also don't consume too much energy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Damaged Unit
    The air/heat unit works as it should. However, the unit arrived damaged. It was packaged well. So, it probably happened at the factory level and probably not during shipping. There is a crack in the plastic on the front of the unit. And the metal backing of the unit is dented up some. As I said, the unit works as it should. Therefore, I would recommend it to someone looking to buy. I just hope your unit arrives in pristine condition and not damaged.

    Great LG product!
    Great little Air Conditioner unit I have owned several brands. Delivered on time, un-damaged and was a snap to install. It cools a 300 square foot room effortlessly. It will be a couple months before I try the heating aspect of the unit. I expect it to work as well.
