Disappointed/ Loosing it’s quality?
I’ve had good experiences in the past with Jansport but I am very disappointed to see the backpack strap is already ripping after one month of use. I feel Walmart/Jansport is using cheaper quality source than other Jansport.

    Buyer beware. Mind where you purchase name brands.
    My thought is possible “knock off”. After about 3 months. It’s falling apart. My daughter has one she’s had about 8 years.

    DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE BAG
    This backpack ripped in four places within a month of use. Jansport has a great warranty- which is why this bag was purchased - but it’s COUNTERFEIT!!

    COUNTERFEIT DO NOT BUY
    COUNTERFEIT! Within 2 weeks both straps ripped off. I sent it to Jansport to get repaired and found out it was COUNTERFEIT!

    first of all my backpack didn't come black on black like the picture and we were excited when we got this backpack because we couldn't find it we did find some similar but this one had the pocket for the Chromebook inside we were excited but then my daughter took it to school for 3 weeks and it start ripping like it's cheap material. can you believe . I had to sew it back together . I paid a lot of money for the backpack.

    Stop selling brands that are false this is trash
    I am wondering if I shop at the wrong store I bought this bag thinking it’s a Jansport the bag is a thin as paper and the sad part about it was sent to Jamaica this bag useless for children to take to school I cannot give it any star it deserve none I know Jansport the one that I get this is not one

    Flimsy and not authentic
    This bag is totally not jansport. I bought from the seller “star” and I am so disappointed. The shoulder straps and padding are not sturdy at all. I’ve purchased jansport at tillys and through big box stores (not third party sellers) and I’ve always loved them. This is very obviously a fake. There was plastic stitching coming out of the shoulder strap as pictured. Very very low quality bag. This was supposed to be for my sons school backpack and I imagine putting any type of weight inside would rip the seams in no time. Total waste of money and two weeks waiting for this.

    Really thin, light weight, definitely differnt Material, looks just like the picture, doesn’t have the jansport tags in the inside so not authentic. But it’s good for the price

    Poor quality, poor customer service
    Very disappointed in the quality of the backpack and even more disappointed with the lack of customer service response. I purchased this backpack in mid-December as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. The backpack straps ripped from the backpack the 2nd day she went back to school after Christmas break. I sent 2 emails requesting a refund or replacement but never received a response. I wish Walmart would stop offering 2nd party products!
