    Good value, sturdy and simple shelving.
    This unit is a total no brainer to assemble. Even without the instructions, I would have been able to figure it out, but the instructions were clear and straightforward and I had this shelf assembled in no more than 5 minutes. I think the plastic collars, tapered at the top, and closing around the poles incrementally, is ingenious! I chose the silver version of this unit and to be honest, I bought it when I was highly agitated due to some frustration while building some shelves at home, so, I really didn't expect that much from this purchase. To my surprise, I find that these shelves totally fit the bill, and that the capacity versus the cash outlay makes these shelves an incredible value. I have no intention of loading these shelves down, but I have no doubt that these shelves will serve my purposes more than adequately, and they are sturdy, with no discernible wobbling or looseness - then again, I did assemble the shelves with the aid of a rubber mallet, which was suggested.
