I bought this for my granddaughter to use at college and liked it so much I bought one for myself also to replace my 9 year old HP Envy laptop. This is a very nice machine.

Do not buy
This is a very beautiful laptop. Technology-wise it works very well. However, the build is very cheap. After 4 months, one of the hinges broke and there was a cracking sound every time I opened the laptop. The laptop would not close completely and the screen would be crooked. A part of the laptop would pop out. One month later, the other hinge broke. All of the problems stated before became amplified. After contacting HP customer support, they said it would cost $400 to fix. This has happened to many other people. Do not buy this laptop. It is not worth the money.

    Perfect Laptop for the Right Price!
    Got this as a black Friday deal and it was worth its value. I love the slick and sharp design but has the processing power to multitask with ease. Perfect for college and work.

    Buyer Beware!
    This has been my strictly school laptop for a little over a year. I noticed after a few months the laptop screen was closing crooked and progressively getting worse. Just a few short weeks later there was a crunch and two screws fell out. The cost to fix the laptop is more than it's worth. While this laptop was heavily used for full time online schooling, it was always stored in a case and well cared for. Other reviews give the same experience. I'm now forced to invest in a new laptop as it's a requirement to complete schooling. Worst $700 I've ever spent.

    Wish it had touchscreen
    It's a nice small and sleek computer. I just wish it had touchscreen. That to me would make it the perfect business laptop, at least that's what I use it for. :)

    Great find
    Needed a second travel laptop. stumbled on this heavily discounted on Prime Day. Excellent value at four hundred fity bucks for the configuration . 400 nit screen, intel Evo specs, 2.8 pounds.

    Disappointed
    Disappointing , Finger print reader unreliable, Power button placement , Keyboard layout, backlite keyboard hard to see at angle, after 2 months connection issues, battery not consistent, bright screen but not as sharp as my old Dell
