The BEST AIR PURIFIER
We bought it because of allergies, it works great ! We bought one for the bedroom in February, loved it bought a second one for the family room in June. Bought another one in November or December as a spare, just in case one would wear out. We run them constantly and love them. It’s the first time we ever bought one, but I was in my doctors office and he had them. I purchased one right away and am so glad I did

We tried it and thought could tolerate noise level
Too loud for our comfort level, Just be sure to know about 30 day return policy not the usual 90 day return policy. When purchasing the item was not intended to return it. Until we notice the loud noise when had it on at its highest level. We could not use it and did not use it for as long as we did. Usually Walmart return policy is 90 days. Upon further review we notice that the item picked had a 30 day return policy. Had we not waited, yes were pretty busy doing other things and had might had started earlier than we did to return the loud unit. Even if we were to keep this item picked would be not used due to the high noise level and will most likely not use it at all. I s the reason gave 1 star if any since the unit does work, just too loud at the highest setting. We tried it and thought could tolerate noise level, now have family members complaining about it and faced with a return policy that does not consider aspects of quality of comfort.

    I bought a pair of
    I bought a pair of white 5350. They have a high whine, even on the lowest setting. Needless to say, at night , it's annoying. They do the job of cleaning the air but putting them in the bedroom was a problem. I have 3, 6 year old black ones that don't have that problem and also a 9200 that is very quiet, fyi.

    Does a good job helping to clear kitchen smells
    The unit is a bit taller than expected but the dimensions are correct so I should have measured ahead of time. The unit reacts to cooking odors as they occur by ramping up fan speed. It seems effective and to give us a better quality of air in the house.

    Efficiency of Air Purifiers.
    i have been using the Guardian Air purifiers for over two years now and I am pleased with the quality of air that flows inside my home. The units clean the air of particles of dust, and other dangerous pollutants that get into the house and are transported to the many areas by the A/C unit. I think the incorporation of the UV light into the units is an additional and very important safety feaure.

    This unit performs up to its description. I live in a rural area and after having covid, am allergic to so much now. I have Gaurdian air purifiers in all rooms of thr house, and this is in the bedroom. It is quiet enough to sleep with on, which is so helpful. Highly recommend!

    Multiple Models & All Good
    I’ve owned other sets of Guardian Technologies air purifiers and the units run well. They are consistently on and at low settings do not produce much noise and the ability to turn on or off the UVC feature is considerate even thought the production of Ozone is nearly zero. (Note any Ozone is not considered safe at ground level, from what I know) But the ability to sterilize the air as it passes through given everyone heighten concerns with CoVID is helpful. We had guess over recently and these units were spaced evenly through the area. We left our oven fan on and bath fan during the gather as well to move air out. I think it gave all perhaps piece of mind, even if it only added a fraction of fraction of true benefit. Something that isn’t debatable is the amount of less dust in the rooms, even when I change MERV13 rate filters monthly on the air handler these units extract a large of amount of dust and fur from our Great Dane. From that perspective they most certainly work.

    LOVE THIS PURIFIER!
    This purifier has more functions than you'd ever guess. Not only does it zap all germs and I feel like I'm breathing cleaner air, but at night I prefer the highest speed/volume of sound as I have tinnitus and it drowns that sound for me better than just a white noise machine. My sleep has been deeper and better than in a long time. Without tinnitus, the "noise" of the machine can be set much lower. I'm about to purchase a second one for my living room/office area where I spend the bulk of my time outside of the bedroom.
