I would say close to industrial build quality
Bought 2 units to organize my garage so glade i did i can now park two cars In the garage one of my better purchases . Easy to assemble screwdriver and wrench or pliers pretty much all you need would recommend purchasing.

Damaged
Several parts arrived bent/damaged. Initially planned to return it, but it would take more time to box it back up than it will to (hopefully) bend pieces back into alignment. Should've paid more attention to the reviews. I think we probably received a previously returned product. Are any of these in good shape?? Disappointed.

    Item arrived damaged and missing parts. The burden of returning this item falls on purchaser. Normally this is not an issue but,because of weight and size it's an issue. We will see what replacement looks like.

    Perfect size rack and price.
    Excellent and spacious rack to organize a house or storage, it is my fourth rack that I buy, sometimes they arrive a little beaten, but it is nothing that cannot be straightened or cannot be used, this is nolmar for the long way and changes of transports, in addition to adding the weight of 132 pounds, it is reasonable for me when I see that it is a single person carrying a large and heavy rack.

    I regret my purchase
    Warped all over. This was my 2nd unit. It is heavy to return so I guess they are not shy about sending wrapped units. The only reason I am keeping this unit because of heavy weight to return.

    Dont buy it
    Cheap material. Arrived with many bending parts. It is about 1/3 of thickness in my lowest expectation. Don't buy it

    Missing parts!
    Missing nuts and bolts for shelf supports. Bent corner on one end support, so I had to try to bend it back so the shelf rails *might* fit. I don't know yet because the bent part is at the top. But without bolts and nuts to hold the shelf supports, I have to go to the hardware store now. No direction, no details on the box pictures. Rrrrrr

    All 3 shelving units arrived BADLY damaged.
    I suspect these were all customer returns that Walmart resold. Shelving pieces loose in box, not wrapped/ secured like others I have purchased in past from a non Walmart store. All badly bent. I was only able to submit 2 photos but it was terrible. The returns person from Walmart was terrific, although still waiting for them to pick up the shelving and issue refund.
