mattress concerns
I love this crib! My baby is not here yet, but it looks great; I have gotten many compliments. I was worried about finding a mattress that fit from some of the reviews, but the first one I bought fit. The one I got was the Sealy Baby- Ortho Rest Crib and Toddler Mattress. I hope this helps anyone who is interested in this crib. And, yes, the color is quite dark, but very pretty!

Nice Baby Bed with some false information
I searched for a long period of time for a baby bed. This one is very attractive. We (two of us) had some problems putting it together, but we finally got it put together. I like almost everything about the bed. However, I bought the bed because it said 4 in 1. It showed pictures of the 4 different beds. 1) Baby Bed
2) Toddler Bed
3) Day Bed
4) Full size Bed
We received all but one bed rail to convert it into the Full Size Bed. I contacted the manufacturer to get the one bed rail. I learned that in order to have the FULL SIZE BED, you have to purchase another kit. The kit is $119. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!! It is a 4 in 1 possible bed, but you need to buy a $119 kit to get the 4th bed. This is not very nice!!!!! The bed cost $199, but only 2 rails cost an additional $119!!!!!

I like the way it can be put right next to my bed wIth no rail in between. However, i used the small rail that comes with it for safety. The color matches with my furniture and the quality of wood is also excellent. I would recommend it.Rk

It's a beautiful piece of furniture, solid wood and the dark brown color matches the rest of our furniture! Looks just like the more expensive cribs at the baby store, even better actually! We have the NoJo Jungle Babies crib bedding set, and it looks amazing with it. Very sturdy crib and easy to assemble. I bought the Storkcraft - Aspen Combo 3-Drawer Dresser in Cherry which the colors are very close and the styles match. I havent used it yet....I didn't take long to put it together by myself.
