Sturdy and comfortable
This is a very sturdy, comfortable lounger. It doesn't tip over when I get up. It sits firmly and securely on the patio deck. I had one little issue with assembly. Assembly was easy but in one section the screws weren't long enough. I merely took them to the hardware store and got longer ones which worked fine. However, weather proof screws are a little expensive.

Think Before Purchasing
I would advise against the purchase of this product, due to the lack of available replacement parts including cushions. I used it for a couple of months last year, put it in storage for the winter, and brought it back out this year. I was cleaning it and it and began to get several rips and tears. Very upset that the cushions are not a year old, I accepted the fact that I may have damaged the product when cleaning. I contacted the company and requested to purchase a new cushion. They told me it wasn't under warranty. I explained that I was NOT looking for this to be replaced under warranty but wanted to buy another cushion. They told me there was nothing they could do and have a nice day. You can only receive replacement parts if the product is under warranty. The fabric is made cheaply and there are much better products on the market that have replacement cushions available. I am now having to purchase two new chairs, from a different company that have replacement cushions available if needed. Patio furniture should be built to last more than 5 months in the weather and I feel like I have just thrown money out the window...so disheartening. This company is deceiving, are little to no help and they go by a couple of different names: Costway and Gymax. Be careful and leery when purchasing anything from this company.

    Nice chairs!
    Chairs look great and seem to be well made. There was a blemish on one of the chairs (most likely due to shipping) But I contacted the company and they were extremely quick to contact me and resolve the issue. They have stellar customer service!

    Couldn't be any easier to assemble.
    Very nice, so easy to assemble. Wish it had wheels it would be easier to move around, but they are very nice lounge chairs.

    Comfortable chairs, easy recline
    These chairs are comfortable; however some has to be re-drilled and some had wicker covering holes. Some wicker was lose at bottom of chairs. I decided to keep them as I didn’t feel like returning them or waiting on replacement parts.

    Amazing lounge Chair Chaise Couch. 5 Stars.....
    We just received our two Rattan lounge chair chaises. They were delivered very quickly. They are great. They are extra sturdy. It only took us an hour to put together two of these lounge chairs. It takes 6 screws and washers per couch. They are very good quality. The feet have circular levelers for balancing the lounger. The cushion is of good quality. Has zippers in them for cleaning. Ties on the cushion, to tie down on lounger. The back has different levels of height positioning from laying completely flat to sitting up straight. These chaise loungers are way beyond my expectations. I bought two waterproof covers to keep them dry and in good condition. The covers fit perfect. Well done Costway, great loungers for the price, great quality. I recommend them highly.....

    I love this Chaise Lounge Chair! I am giving it 4 stars because it took over 2 weeks to be delivered! So, if you are not in a hurry for it, then I highly recommend this chair!
