Great product; delivery challenges
I just had mine installed - everything seems to be working great so far! The major headache was delivery - at first I rec'd notice from FedEx it would be delivered a day early (which would have ruined my work day away from home), then it didn't arrive the day it should have, then the delivery date was just 'pending' for days. The only way I could have any control after that was to put it on 'vacation hold' until the following Friday when I would be home again. And even then I had to call FedEx twice to prevent it from being delivered at home on days I wouldn't be there. Hopefully deliveries will be a little more normal after the holidays, but COVID-19 will probably still be having effects then anyway.

    Beautiful but remote sucks
    installation went well. we love the look. only negative is the remote. we tried changing batteries but it just doesnt operate the fireplace as it should. tried different angles. dont really know what else to try.

    worth the money
    I bought this heater / fireplace for my bedroom. I mounted it to the wall, not recessed. It was easy to do. When placed on the 1500W setting it warms my bedroom in about 30 minutes. If placed on the 750W it takes probably just under an hour. There are numerous colors to choose from for both the flame effect and the crystal base effect. The speed of the flames can be adjusted to give you a fast moving realistic flame or you can set it to a slower setting. The heater isn't what I would call quiet but no louder than any other space heater I've used. personally I like the "white noise" it creates. I am looking at getting a larger one for my dining room. But I am going to give this one a month or so to make sure it stays working. Overall I would recommend getting this item.

    Great Fireplace didn't fit space
    Loved fireplace but too large in depth. Had to return but after printing out return barcode from website, Little Rock Shackleford store said I couldn't return to their store. They stated they had no way to return it to supplier. Told me I had to go home and print out a label and send back via carrier. Why would the website give the Return to Store option if it could not be used.

    Great for the money!
    Value for money! I wanted one of this for my basement that's always cold. It heats the room fast and it looks so pretty. You can just leave the light on at night it looks so pretty!

    I put it up myself 63-year-old lady pretty easy. Miss logs in the picture of fire it is pretty for the apartment I live in and the heat will be a help it is cold in these apartments in the winter. only missing last star because I like wood in the fireplace.
