Faulty product. Received with a bent leg.
I received the product with a bent leg. Hence it wobbles when you open it up. I tried to return it to the company and they are telling me to go ahead and use it and they'll send me 1/2 the price back. So if I take a hammer and try to bend the leg back I'm compromising the sturdiness of the ladder. Extremely disappointed!

    Very positive on construction and materials
    This items is a bit on the heavy side, but then...I need something on the heavy side. So far the weight is the only minus I've experienced...but as I said, I need it to support quite a bit of weight. Just wish it was a itty bit lighter is all.
