IT PLAINLY STATES "clear glitter sealer" which means it's a sealer. It seals the glitter you place.

Wasnt anything more than a top coat. No glitter or anything on my daughters shelf. Very Disappointed. My daughter was very excited for a bright ppl ink sparkly shelf. waste of money

    No glitter
    I wish I would have read the reviews first before I bought. When I read the discrimination I thought there was glitter in the spray, there isn't. It is just expensive clear paint.

    great.
    this stuff is great. it seals the glitter so well without dulling the shine and sparkle. this is my go to for my glitter tumblers. its a bit pricey compared to the cost of regular spray paint though. that is the only thing i do not like about it, and sometimes it is hard to find.
