Damaged label cartridge
I bot this for my mother for mothers day. When we opened it up the sample label cartridge was damaged and would not print out a label. So disappointed with this.

    I like the letter set up like a key board.
    Be sure to check the size of the tape, it was wider than I realized.

    I had no idea I needed this so badly!!!
    Not sure why I lived so long without this! I'm a mother of 3, wife and small business owner. I cant even begin to name all the uses I have discovered for this handy labeler. Probably the most handy use is we can all actually find the spices we are looking for when cooking as I labeled the tops of my spice jars and you can easily look over the tops to find what youre after. Kids books, card deck boxes, craft drawers, tupperware (that I want to make sure I get back!) laptops (my boys all have matching laptops and mice) etc... I can go on and on. Plus, theres literally dozens of tapes available to suit your specific need! If you are even remotely interested in organizing your life BUY THIS NOW!

    Good. Very easy to use. Lots of options.
    This is a good label maker. It's very clever to decide on its own what size text to use. It's very simple to use. A warning. I carefully read the instructions and was confused by the dizzying number of available functions and features the printer has. I discovered after using it for a while that you can simply take all the default and generate very useful labels.

    It is excellent. Prints well; keyboard is perfection; lots of easy to access design options. I haven't yet priced tape cartridge replacements yet, which is the only reason I have not given the labeler 5 stars.

    Much better product than the Dymo I previously use
    It wastes about a half inch of tape with each label printed. (When using a fixed length label.)

    Serves my labeling needs
    Works very well. Easy to load the cartridges. Pretty self explanatory when learning how to operate. The only bad thing I can say about this unit, and it may hold true with most label makers, is it wastes a good bit of label tape when making your label. I find myself constantly trimming the excess off of my labels. Excess that could be used on my next label. It's obvious that they are in the business of selling replacement cartridges. Kind of wasteful if you ask me. Otherwise, it has been a good machine so far. I don't use it everyday but I have owned it over a year now without any problems.
