I cant love this enough!!
I can't love this enough. It does an amazing job on my LVP flooring. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver. Very easy to clean after use. If you've been on the fence about getting this, take the jump and buy it! You won't regret it.

pickup order. box destroyed. used item.
Furious. I ordered this item for pickup and the box had been previously opened and damaged. I removed the loosly slapped on tape to find the bissel was dirty and tossed carelessly into the box. I should also add 5hat there is the shipping lable and return lable from a customer and address that is not me. This is unexceptable.

    Time saver! Great product
    Arrived quickly. I was skeptical because it was marked down significantly, but I'm so glad I bought this. I have a Bloodhound who slobbers and sheds, along with 3 daughters and a busy life. Cuts my mopping and vacuuming time in 1/2. It's a two in one…we'll add in cleaning my area rug, a 3:1. Highly recommended for busy families and those with pets. Really any one who wants to shorten their daily chore time.

    Clean floors!! All in one performance!
    I purchased this bissell a month ago and have used it a few times. I have a toddler/cat and dog! So we make messes and this truly cleaned my floor with ease. I was impressed. Very easy to take apart and clean in about 30 seconds!! It will sweep, mop and dry! I snapped a photo of my clean floor you can see from the outside light shining on it. It comes with a manufactured warranty and you can get the extended warranty from Walmart if you’re worried. Highly recommend over the tradition sweep, then mop and then wait to dry method. Nobody has time for that anymore.

    buyer beware
    Stopped working after 6 months. Consider saving money by investing in a less expressive porduct that will last. Unexceptable performance for the investment of $200.00. Brush also gets dirty quicky and tangled with any long string object. Trash dispenser is small which causes to constantly keep emptying. Wet floor function works against already filthy brush. Avoid at all costs.

    Cleans hard floors well but..........
    This is not a promotional review, I paid for this multi-surface cleaner. Positives: The rugs and hard floors looked and felt much cleaner than with my regular cleaning routine. I usually sweep, vacuum and then mop hard floors and just vacuum rugs and carpets. Our home is only 2 years old and I've never shampooed the carpets, having gotten rid of clunky old Bissell shampooer when we moved. This Crosswave is so much lighter (I think I read 11 lbs) and easy to assemble than old rug cleaners. I'm not especially handy but was able to unbox and start using the Crosswave in 10 minutes, including reading easy to follow instructions. Some reviewers mentioned lack of edge cleaning but I did not having an issue with it, edges were cleaned ok. The water tank seemed to have picked up much more dirt than my floors showed. The laundry and bathrooms tiles usually look sticky or streaked a few minutes after mopping with water, Fabuloso and vinegar but they looked great after using the enclosed solution and water. The 2211 series was out of stock at the Bissell site but it I found it at lower price at Walmart. Walmart had it my door within 6 hours of ordering. Negatives: The rug setting needs a rug height adjustment, on my area rugs and hall runners it was very difficult to use! I finally ended up using the hard floor button for runners. Also, transitioning from carpeted floor to tile was difficult; it kept leaving a trail of dirt at the edge of the tile. In some areas I had to go over a spot several time just to pick up hair or lint. The enclosed formula scent reminds me of a home perm, chemical like. I hope I can find a better scent choice. With tax I paid $246, a little high for my taste as I will still need a broom and mop for tighter places. I cannot get rid of my Shark for regular carpet vacuuming. This Crosswave will be for weekly hard floor cleaning and occasional high traffic area on carpets and rugs. After cleaning traffic areas in 3 bedroom, 3 long runners, 1 large area rug and 2 tiled bathrooms I was sweating like I had run a marathon! My right shoulder was very sore from all the pushing and pulling. The solution spray trigger is a little too easy to push by mistake as it is on the handle used for pushing the sweeper. This is a minor annoyance. Overall I don't hate it and don't plan on returning it but it is hard work and does not replace all my cleaners. The idea of all in one cleaning is great but this Crosswave needs some tweaks.

    All you need
    I just purchased 2 Bissell Crosswaves, one for me and one for my mom. We love them! It is a broom, vacuum, and mop all in one. Easy to assemble, use, clean, and maintain. Very intuitive. And it actually cleans!!! You can see how much gets picked up in the dirty water tank, even when the floor doesn't appear too dirty. We will never go back!!! #sweepstakes

    Four dogs who come in and out as they please.
    Overall happy and satisfied customer because the floor feels sooooo good when you are done! I grew up mopping on my hands and knees. No product will be like that. However, using a mop hurts my back and I needed a way to keep up with 4 dogs in and out all day. This product does a really good job and it is easy to use. I subtracted a star for the small reservoir tank and I do still have to apply pressure with my foot to the top front for those really tough spots (you know what i am talking about). As with almost everything out there besides the knees method there is a gap at the baseboard you will have to manually finish. Still much better than mopping. I just use a squirt bottle and paper towel with my foot to get baseboards.

    LOVE this machine ! It does a splendid job on my hardwood floors and a wonderful job on the carpets...as well as the large throw rugs. Its easy to assemble, clean, and has a very long cord. I tried it on my lanolium and must say, it did ok ( but not built for that surface ) it is a tad bit heavy, but i am able to manage it. Ive added a photo of the before and after on my carpet and the water when i was finished.

    Buy this vacuum!
    I made the upgrade from the Spinwave to the Crosswave and this vacuum is incredible! I cannot believe how clean it has left my floors. It finds dirt that is not even visible to the eye. It was easy to assemble and I've used it every day since! Nicely done Bissell!

    Cleans floors very well but difficult to clean the machine
    The Bissell crosswave cleans my hardwood floors and area rugs very well! The machine itself takes quite a bit of time to clean- even after just one use it was pretty difficult to get into some of the spots of the machine and some parts are almost impossible to get clean.
