This thung doesnt Blow, it sucks
So like many others i needed an air conditioner for my small room (Less than 150 sq feet) and was intrigued when i saw this cool looking machine with smarr features. Man was i disappointed when i hooked everything up only to have a glorified loud fan. The compressor sounds like a jet is tskjng off yet if doesn't dl anything. I let it run for a bit hoping it would cool the room but it did not. This thing has a lot of potential but it cant do what it's made for: cooling a small room. I didn't have issues with the App at all buf again it's useless when the AC can't even work correctly. Will be returning and getting something better, also others said it likes to leak so be warned.

    Horrible.
    This product is simply a waste of time, it's very loud and does not give off cold or even cool air. Buyer beware!!!

    I do not understand the negative reviews at all! This ac has been a life saver! I am no longer wandering around the house complaining and uncomfortable from this heat. I have this set up in my bedroom and now have a nice cool room to sit and relax in. I mean, obviously this thing isn't going to cool down an entire house, but for my large bedroom, I can say it's actually COLD in here and I love it! I have yet to connect my phone to it, but idk if it's really necessary tbh.

    Not worth it
    Bad purchase, looks fansy, works ok, app LAGGY and honestly cant feel the difference after one hour to be running in my small 200sqft room. Go for soemtime better

    Doesn't cool my room.
    It doesn't actually cool off my 10x10 room even though it's rated for larger... I really wanted to like this but it's just not very efficient at all. The app is cool and works well and everything else about this AC is cool it just doesn't get as cold as I would like it to get.

    BAD PRODUCT!
    we returned two brand new rollicool portable airconditioner from local Walmart store in las vegas Nevada. 1 unit shut off waterfull error message through control panel. 2nd unit messing window screw adapter and the airconditioner was really loud even our neighbors dog was barking. wifi not working they had bug. once you download through your phone you can't login back. No remote. customer service technical support to troubleshoot the issue will advice you to return the product at local Walmart store. pain in the butt to return its too heavy my backed hurts.

    I can use my workshop in brutal heat and humidity
    I live in the South and use the unit in my workshop. My workshop has no insulation and this year has been brutal for both heat and humidity. I needed both the cooling capability and dehumidification capability. I have not run the unit, so far, for an extended period of time to drop the shop temperature to the felt temperature of my house. However, the unit has done a good job making the shop comfortable enough to work in and has dropped the humidity significantly. The unit is well made. My only issue is that the exhaust tubing is a bit on the short side and is not insulated. The material the exhaust tube is made from seems very stout but it gets hot, though not enough to cause a fire or problem. But that means that much of that heat is returning back into the room that is being cooled. I am planning to get a piece of 8" insulated ducting to go over the provided exhaust tubing which should reduce reintroduction of heat back into the room. Remember I am using this equipment in the absolute harshest environment. Hope this helps.

    Works good, love Alexa-controlled features.
    I have this portable AC in my home office room, it works great. It's getting hot outside, in the daytime, I don't need to turn on the center AC, it makes the room cool and comfortable. I like the Alexa integration, I can control on/off and set temp with my voice.

    This is a real smart air conditioner. It can be remotely accessed through Alex and phone app. I can still control it when i have not arrived home. The setup is easy only takes me a few minute. The 10000BTU works perect for me room. It can also be a heater. All in all, its a great deal and help me save a lot of money.
