EXCELLENT PHONE
Good phone from a recognized brand. Great value. Good features, especially the speaker phone. Also the speed dialing feature works really well and was easy to program. I have had other phones where speed dialing setup was so intricate I never used it. Good tone. Pleasant ring tone. All in all a good phone and great value.

Worse phone ever
I got this for my parents and you can't hear the other person your talking to even with the volume up all the way. The speaker doesn't work at all. As for the battery compartment if you even touch the door it messes everything up you lose all the numbers you were saving and you have to redo the time, date and language. It's junk but worse of all when I tried to return it to my Walmart they tell me sorry can't return phones after 14 days are you kidding me! Don't waste your money on this

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/21/2021Not Good ProductThe battery compartment does not close tight enough and it keep telling me to check the battery. It will also drop a call in the middle of talking. I intend to return this item and get a replacementSlim

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser12/04/2016very good basic phonePurchased this for the bedroom and I like the SPEAKERPHONE feature as it leaves your hands free while talking to friends. The quality is good and the price is satisfactory. I stored my frequently called numbers in the phone and it is very convenient.babyboomer2

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser10/05/2014Difficult to progranI ordered three phones. The user's guide book is poorly done. If you try to follow the minimal programming instructions, you'd better be stone sober. It's a bear. I would urge purchasers to download the 49-page manual from the AT&T website for more clearly written instructions. I now have the three phones installed and all seems to be OK. Give me a month or two; let's see if they perform well. The only reason I purchased the AT&T phones is that I could not find any other phone manufacturer who made a white corded phone with speed dial capabilities and features like Hold and Redial, and without a built-in answering machine.BobotK

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/22/2014Excellent phone.I like all the features, especially the in-use light and message on the phone saying the line is in use. That way I don't pick up the phone downstairs while someone talking on the phone upstairs. Good speaker phone quality and hold button comes in handy when moving from downstairs to upstairs to look something up. Very happy with phone.Joe52

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/01/2014Excellent phone for the price.I had this exact phone in the past , in fact had two of them. And the only reason that I did not give it a better overall rating is that the display malfunctions after several years of use. I have replaced it twice because of this but you cannot get all the other features at the price that i paid at Walmart.musical73

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/09/2014Don't particularly like that it uses 4 batteriesI wanted a phone that did not need to be plugged in. We often get power outages and then the phone is useless. This one does require 4 AA batteries and my old one which was very similar didn't need batteries. Hopefully I won't have to reprogram it every time I change the batteries.gilmouc
