Very nice Portable AC
Our New mexico summer has been unusually humid and the traditional evaporative cooler wasnt keeping the house cool on 100 degree days. I thought Id try this. The house is cool and dry the window adapter fit well and went in easy. The house is cool and comfortable its cooling approximately 600 sq ft we have a 5000 btu window unit in one of the bedroom and between the two units 1400 square feet are very comfortable. Not too noisy as some have said, we'll see about the power bill, but who cares were cool and dry. I paid up for the 3 year plan The only problem I had was switching from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, not mentioned in the manual, Simply hold both up and down temp buttons simultaneously and Viola Fahrenheit!

This unit uses more than 13 amps. It kept tripping my 15 amp breaker so I put it on a dedicated 20 amp line and it tripped that! I will be returning this unit.

    Listed as 14,000 btu. It Isn't, data plate is clearly marked as 8,000 btu.

    Conducive to Rv life
    Its just way to buy and I had to run a hose to out side other wise I would have to dump the water every single day. Not Conducive to Rv life

    Need drain hose
    Can't find where to get the drain hose. Tried several hardware stores and the threading isn't normal.

    Inconsistent with the introduction
    According to the product introduction, there is no water tank, dehumidifying for 24 hours is not accurate at all, so it is necessary to pour water. Less than 2 hours after pouring the water, it shows that the water is full and needs to be poured, which is inconsistent with the introduction.This happens after only a few uses.Not very satisfied

    It was delivered to my house today 07/06/21. It wont turn it on at all. Contacted Walmart, they offered my money back, i said I would like a new working unit. I was told that I was going to get an email with instructions and dates, so far nothing. Now I have this giant box in my living room. I bit upset about it.

    Won't work past 80 degree temp
    Won't keep the room cool once it gets past 80 degrees, it's a small bedroom so it's not covering as much area as it's rated for. Works ok if it's under 80 though
