Payless Daily Rewards for Members consists of various programs by which Walmart+ members (“Members”) can earn Walmart’s loyalty currency, called  “Walmart Rewards”.  These terms of use consist of terms pertaining to Payless Daily Rewards, the loyalty currency, as well as terms pertaining to the current ways in which Members can earn Payless Daily Rewards (defined below as “Earnings Programs”). 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY UTILIZING THE EARNINGS PROGRAMS, OR EARNING OR REDEEMING Payless Daily REWARDS, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS, AS WELL AS THE paylessdailyonline.com TERMS OF USE FOUND HERE, THE WALMART+ TERMS OF USE FOUND HERE, THE Payless Daily PRIVACY POLICY, ANY APPLICABLE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS").  CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANING SET FORTH IN THE paylessdailyonline.com TERMS OF USE OR THE WALMART+ TERMS OF USE.

Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use

  1.        General

1.1       Payless Daily Rewards is Walmart’s loyalty currency which may be earned by Walmart+ Members in the United States and Puerto Rico through a variety of programs made available by Payless Daily from time-to-time (each an “Earnings Program”).   Current Earnings Programs are identified below.  Each individual Earnings Program is subject to separate terms of use, identified below, which govern your use of and participation in such program. These Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use govern how Payless Daily Rewards may be redeemed.

1.2       Payless Daily Rewards have no value until such time as they are redeemed in accordance with these Terms at a Payless Daily store or through paylessdailyonline.com or the Payless Daily App. Payless Daily Rewards do not constitute property, and customers who have earned Payless Daily Rewards have no ownership interest therein.  The use of the word “earn” in these terms of use or in the terms for any Earnings Programs or other materials does not imply that Payless Daily Rewards have any value prior to redemption. Payless Daily REWARDS ARE NOT CASH AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH.

1.3       Payless Daily Rewards are non-transferable and non-assignable.  Payless Daily Rewards do not expire, but customers must have a paylessdailyonline.com account in good standing to both earn and redeem Payless Daily Rewards. 

1.4       You acknowledge and agree that any Payless Daily Rewards you earn will be stored on a Payless Daily eGift card, and are subject to the standard Payless Daily Gift Card Terms and Conditions found here. Once earned according to the relevant Earnings Program’s terms of use, your Payless Daily Rewards account balance may be found within the Rewards Center of your account at paylessdailyonline.com or in the Payless Daily App.

1.5       We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Terms of Use through the Payless Daily Sites as set forth in the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms of Use incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check paylessdailyonline.com for any updated Terms of Use, including these Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use and the terms of use for any Earnings Programs you utilize.  In addition, by continuing to use or access any Earnings Programs or any of the Payless Daily Sites or Walmart+ benefits, or otherwise engaging with Payless Daily after we post any changes, you accept the updated Terms of Use. The “Last Updated” legend above indicates when these Terms of Use were last changed.

  1.      Redemption

You can redeem your Payless Daily Rewards in one of two ways:

2.1     In-Store

  • Using the Payless Daily app, sign into your Payless Daily account where you have accrued a reward earnings balance.
  • At checkout scan the Payless Daily Pay QR code with the Payless Daily app on your phone.
  • Tap "Use Payless Daily Rewards" to redeem the reward balance and select how you would prefer to pay for any remaining amount (if applicable). If your rewards balance is less than your basket total (excluding prohibited items), your full rewards balance will be applied against your basket total.  If your rewards balance is greater than your basket total, only that portion of your rewards balance necessary will be applied against the basket total.

2.2     Online

  • On paylessdailyonline.com or the Payless Daily app, sign into your Payless Daily account where you have accrued a reward earnings balance.
  • In checkout, tap “apply Payless Daily Rewards balance" in the Wallet section to redeem your rewards balance and select how you would prefer to pay for any remaining amount (if applicable).  If your rewards balance is less than your basket total (excluding prohibited items), your full rewards balance will be applied against your basket total.  If your rewards balance is greater than your basket total, only that portion of your rewards balance necessary will be applied against the basket total.
  1.        Redemption Limitations and Restrictions

3.1       If you elect to close your paylessdailyonline.com account and you have undistributed Payless Daily Rewards, you must redeem your rewards prior to closing your account.  If your account is removed or deactivated by Payless Daily, or if you fail to properly redeem your Payless Daily Rewards in accordance with these Terms prior to closing your account, any rights you have to the Payless Daily Rewards in your account will terminate and you will forfeit and no longer be entitled to such Payless Daily Rewards.

3.2       Payless Daily reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revoke Payless Daily Rewards, or suspend a customer’s access to Payless Daily Rewards or any program or service related to Payless Daily Rewards, including any Earnings Program, in the event of fraud, misuse or other abuse of the Payless Daily Rewards program or any Earnings Program.

3.3    In addition to the above limitations, Payless Daily Rewards cannot be used to purchase the following items:

  • All gift cards, including, but not limited to:
    • Payless Daily and Sam’s Club gift cards
    • Any 3rdparty gift cards: e.g., Apple, Google, PlayStation, Starbucks, etc.
  • Network-branded gift cards (I.e., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX gift cards)
  • Re-loadable prepaid cards (e.g. Green Dot, BlueBird)
  • Prescription-related products, including, but not limited to: 
    • Prescription products such as prescription pet medications, prescription drugs, and prescription medical supplies
    • Prescription co-pays or deductibles
    • Health care services provided by Payless Daily Health or Payless Daily Health Virtual Care
    • Pharmacy purchases submitted to any health benefit program, pharmacy benefit program, insurer or state / federal government health care program
    • Optical products and services 
  • Alcoholic beverages
  • Tobacco
  • Firearm and ammunition products 
  • Lottery tickets
  • Financial services, including those offered through Payless Daily Money Centers (e.g., money transfers, money orders, bill payments)
  • Membership fees (Walmart+)
  • Tips paid to delivery drivers
  • Select third party services, as required by applicable law

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR Payless Daily REWARDS REDEMPTION ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY Payless Daily, AND THAT ALL EXCLUDED ITEMS MAY NOT BE FULLY-LISTED HERE.  YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Payless Daily HAS THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE LIST OF EXCLUDED ITEMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND THAT Payless Daily MAY LIMIT THE ABILITY TO REDEEM REWARDS THROUGH THE Payless Daily REWARDS FOR MEMBERS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.


EARNINGS PROGRAMS

Payless Daily Digital Rebates Terms of Use

  1. General.

1.1         Walmart+ Members are currently given exclusive access to see and select, at paylessdailyonline.com or in the Payless Daily App, digital rebates provided by manufacturers or suppliers of certain products sold by Payless Daily (the “Digital Rebate Services”), and upon purchase of the relevant product, to earn Payless Daily Rewards equivalent to the value of that specific digital rebate.  By utilizing the Digital Rebate Services and other related features or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms of use.

1.2       Eligibility Requirements; Customer Representations and Warranties. In order to use the Digital Rebate Services, you must have an active trial or paid Walmart+ Membership subscription, and be in compliance with the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, Walmart+ Terms of Use, and the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use. You also must be located in the United States or Puerto Rico when using the Digital Rebate Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you are not violating the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, the Walmart+ Terms of Use, or the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use; (ii) that you are using the Digital Rebate Services only when located in the United States or Puerto Rico; (iii) that you have not previously been suspended, removed, or deactivated from paylessdailyonline.com, your Walmart+ membership, the Digital Rebate Services or the Payless Daily Rewards program; and (iv) that your registration and your use of the Digital Rebate Services is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Any breach of these representations may result in Payless Daily revoking your paylessdailyonline.com account, your Walmart+ membership, and permission to use the Digital Rebate Services and any rights you have to the Payless Daily Rewards in your Rewards account may terminate, pursuant to Section 4 of these Terms.

1.3       Additional Terms. Your use of the Digital Rebate Services is subject to any additional terms, rules, or guidelines applicable to certain services and features which we may post from time to time (the "Additional Terms"). All such Additional Terms are hereby incorporated by reference into, and made a part of, the Terms.

 1.4      Modification or update of the Terms. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Terms of Use through the Payless Daily Sites as set forth in the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms of Use incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check paylessdailyonline.com for any updated Terms of Use, including the Payless Daily Digital Rebates Terms of Use or the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use.  In addition, by continuing to use or access Digital Rebate Services or any of the Payless Daily Sites or otherwise engaging with Payless Daily after we post any changes, you accept the updated Terms of Use. The “Last Updated” legend above indicates when these Terms of Use were last changed.

1.5       Accounts and Registration.  To access the Digital Rebate Services you must register for a paylessdailyonline.com account, in accordance with the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, and have an active Walmart+ Membership subscription, in good standing, in accordance with the Walmart+ Terms of Use.

  1. Utilizing Digital Rebates.

2.1         Activating Digital Rebates. Payless Daily may make available to you from time to time through the Digital Rebate Services certain digital item-level rebates made available by manufacturers for products sold in Payless Daily stores or through paylessdailyonline.com (each a "Digital Offer"). These Digital Offers will be identified to you at paylessdailyonline.com or in the Payless Daily App, through an icon, button, or other selectable feature titled as a “digital offer” or “reward”, and which will set forth the value of that specific Digital Offer.  In order to activate a Digital Offer through the Digital Rebate Services, you must, at paylessdailyonline.com or in the Payless Daily App, select the relevant reward or digital offer and add it to your account, and then purchase the product associated with the reward or digital offer either in a physical Payless Daily store or through paylessdailyonline.com or the Payless Daily App.  When purchasing the relevant product in a physical Payless Daily store, you must use Payless Daily Pay to connect the items you are purchasing with the activated Digital Offer you added to your Rewards Center and to purchase the relevant products.  If you are unable to utilize Payless Daily Pay to complete your in-store transaction, you can also, subject to any limitations set forth below, prove your purchase of such products by accessing your Rewards Center in the Payless Daily App and scanning your paper receipt and submitting it as directed therein. All activated Digital Offers will be shown in your Rewards Center until the relevant products have been purchased.  Each Digital Offer is subject to any additional terms (such as a reward expiration date or a requirement to purchase multiples of a relevant item), identified in the “Reward Details”. Note that Digital Offers may expire if not purchased within the timeframe set forth in the Reward Details.

2.2         Eligibility Determination and Adjustments. Once you have activated a Digital Offer and purchased the relevant product, you will earn and accumulate Payless Daily Rewards in your Rewards account.   The Digital Rebate Services and any individual Digital Offer may be discontinued by Payless Daily at any time without notice. In addition, at any time and in Payless Daily's sole discretion, Payless Daily may: (i) determine whether or not you are eligible to activate any particular Digital Offers; (ii) determine whether or not you have activated any particular Digital Offers or earned Payless Daily Rewards; or (iii) adjust your Payless Daily Rewards total to accurately and fairly reflect the Digital Offers that you have actually activated and Payless Daily Rewards you have actually earned. Payless Daily may, in its sole discretion, deduct from your Rewards account any Payless Daily Rewards that Payless Daily determines you have not earned or you have earned in violation of these Terms. Digital Offers have no monetary value unless and until they are activated in accordance with these Terms and any earned Payless Daily Rewards are redeemed in accordance with the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use.  You may not obtain any cash, money, or anything of value in exchange for your activated Digital Offers.

2.3         Return of Product and Reversal of Earned Payless Daily Rewards. In the event you return a product you previously purchased and for which you activated a Digital Offer and earned Payless Daily Rewards, you agree that the value of those initially earned Payless Daily Rewards will be deducted from your Payless Daily Rewards balance.  From time-to-time this may result in a negative balance in your Payless Daily Rewards account, for instance, where you have already redeemed the previously earned Payless Daily Rewards for the product you returned.  In the event that happens, future Payless Daily Rewards you earn will be used to offset that negative balance.  However, you will not otherwise be required to repay any such negative balance, and no creditor-debtor relationship will be established between you and Walmart.

2.4       Redemption.  Please refer to the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use for all terms applicable to redemption of Payless Daily Rewards.

  1. Prohibited Conduct.

3.1       By using the digital rebate services you agree not to:

  • submit to Payless Daily purchase information that is false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to earn Payless Daily Rewards with Walmart;
  • redeem, or attempt to redeem, Payless Daily Rewards for products that have not actually been purchased and retained, or for products that have been purchased but returned to a Payless Daily store or paylessdailyonline.com, following purchase;
  • upload receipts to Payless Daily that have already been uploaded by you or another user, for the purpose of earning Payless Daily Rewards for purchasing products that you did not actually purchase;
  • upload receipts to Payless Daily that reflect purchases that took place more than one (1) week prior to the date on which the receipt is uploaded;
  • upload receipts to Payless Daily that reflect purchases that took place prior to the launch date of a Digital Offer or campaign and therefore prior to your activating the Digital Offer, except where expressly permitted by the terms of the Digital Offer;
  • attempt to obscure information on a receipt, such as by purposefully uploading a receipt without a clearly legible date;
  • use the Digital Rebate Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and data protection and privacy, or the collection, storage, transmission, or access of educational records;
  • use or attempt to use the Digital Rebate Services outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.
  1. Termination of Use; Discontinuation and Modification of the Digital Rebate Services.

4.1         Termination/Revocation. If you engage in Prohibited Conduct or otherwise violate any of these Terms of Use, the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, the Walmart+ Terms of Use, or the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use, you agree that your permission to use the Digital Rebate Services will automatically terminate and any rights you have to the Digital Offers in your Rewards account will terminate and you will no longer be eligible to redeem such Digital Offers. You also agree that we may, at any time and without notice to you, suspend or revoke your access to and use of the Digital Rebate Services, and any accounts you may have in connection with the Digital Rebate Services including: (i) where we determine in our sole discretion that such action is reasonable in order to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights or interests of Payless Daily or any third party; or (ii) in connection with any general discontinuation of the Digital Rebate Services. We also reserve the right to modify the Digital Rebate Services at any time without notice to you. WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CHANGE TO THE DIGITAL REBATE SERVICES OR ANY SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE DIGITAL REBATE SERVICES, PROVIDED THAT IF WE TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE DIGITAL REBATE SERVICES OTHER THAN FOR YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO HAVE YOUR Payless Daily REWARDS DISTRIBUTED TO YOU IN A MANNER TO BE DETERMINED IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your Account.

4.2       Effect of Termination. Upon termination of these Terms: (a) in accordance with the applicable paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, your license rights will terminate and you must immediately cease use of the Digital Rebate Services; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access the Digital Rebate Services; and (c) any Sections which, by their nature or express terms should survive, will survive.

2% Payless Daily REWARDS - TERMS OF USE

  1. General.

1.1       Pilot Program. The 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program is a pilot Earnings Program only available to select, eligible Walmart+ members (“Member(s)”), which allows those Members to earn 2% back in the form of Payless Daily Rewards on most items purchased both in-store and online.  THIS PROGRAM IS A PILOT PROGRAM ONLY, AND MAY BE DISCONTINUED AT ANY TIME BY Payless Daily WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. By utilizing 2% Payless Daily Rewards and other related features or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms of use.

1.2       Right to Discontinue.  Payless Daily reserves the right to discontinue or modify the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion, with no notice to you.  By participating in the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program, you waive any right to continue earning Payless Daily Rewards through the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program in the event this pilot Earnings Program is not adopted,  or is discontinued by Walmart.

1.3       Modification or update of the Terms.  We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Terms of Use through the Payless Daily Sites as set forth in the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms of Use incorporating such changes or otherwise notified you of such changes. You agree that it is your responsibility to regularly check paylessdailyonline.com for any updated Terms of Use, including these 2% Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use.  In addition, by continuing to use or access the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program or any of the Payless Daily Sites or otherwise engaging with Payless Daily after we post any changes, you accept the updated Terms of Use. The “Last Updated” legend above indicates when these Terms of Use were last changed.

  1. Earning Eligibility

2.1       Eligible Members.  To be eligible to use the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program, you must be in compliance with the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, the Walmart+ Terms of Use, and the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use.  You must also be a trial or paid Member that is notified by messaging in the Payless Daily app that you are eligible for participation in the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program. If you are a paid Member but have not been notified of eligibility by messaging in the Payless Daily app, you are not currently eligible to participate in the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program.  If you are a Payless Daily associate, you may be an Eligible Member for purposes of this pilot Earnings Program.  At any time, Payless Daily reserves the right to restrict or discontinue Payless Daily associate eligibility for participation in the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program.

2.2       Other Eligibility Requirements; Customer Representations and Warranties. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us: (i) that you are not violating the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, the Walmart+ Terms of Use, or the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use; (ii) that you are using the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program only when located in the United States or Puerto Rico; (iii) that you have not previously been suspended, removed, or deactivated from paylessdailyonline.com, the Walmart+ Membership program, or the Payless Daily Rewards program; and (iv) that your use of the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program is in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Any breach of these representations may result in Payless Daily revoking your paylessdailyonline.com account, your Walmart+ membership, and permission to use the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program and any rights you have to the Payless Daily Rewards in your Rewards account may terminate, pursuant to Section 4.1 of these Terms.

2.3       Eligible Items.  You will earn 2% Payless Daily Rewards through the 2% Payless Daily Rewards for most items purchased except for the following:

  • All gift cards, including, but not limited to:
  • Payless Daily and Sam’s Club gift cards
  • Any 3rdparty gift cards: e.g., Apple, Google, PlayStation, Starbucks, etc.
  • Network-branded gift cards (I.e., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX gift cards)

  • Milk, Eggs, and certain Dairy Items as required by applicable law
  • Postage Stamps
  • Third Party Services (E.g. Warranties, wireless contracts)
  • Lottery tickets 
  • Financial services, including those offered through Payless Daily Money Centers (e.g., money transfers, money orders, bill payments) 
  • Membership fees (Walmart+)
  • Services & Labor offered at Payless Daily (E.g. Delivery fees, Automotive, Curbside fees)
  • Tips paid to delivery drivers
  • Items purchased with WIC
  • Fuel
  • Taxes


YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR 2% Payless Daily REWARDS  ARE DETERMINED SOLELY BY Payless Daily, AND THAT ALL EXCLUDED ITEMS MAY NOT BE FULLY-LISTED HERE.  YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Payless Daily HAS THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE LIST OF EXCLUDED ITEMS AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, AND THAT Payless Daily MAY LIMIT THE ABILITY TO EARN REWARDS THROUGH THE 2% Payless Daily REWARDS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME IN ORDER TO COMPLY WITH ANY APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

2.4       In-Store Purchase Eligibility.  To receive Payless Daily Rewards through the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program for in-store purchases, you must scan the Payless Daily Pay QR code at checkout.  If you choose not to use Payless Daily Pay at checkout, you may scan the barcode on your store receipt, within seven (7) days of the date printed on your receipt, in the Rewards Center tools of the Payless Daily app after selecting “Submit your Receipt.”  You agree that if you do not use Payless Daily Pay at checkout or do not submit your receipt through the Rewards Center tools within seven (7) days of purchase, you forfeit any Payless Daily Rewards you may have received from said purchase.

2.5       Online Eligibility.  To receive Payless Daily Rewards through the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program for online purchases, you must be signed into your Payless Daily account associated with your Walmart+ membership when making your online purchase.  You will not earn your rewards until your order is delivered or picked up from the store.  You agree that you forfeit any rewards for online purchases made when you were not signed into your Payless Daily account associated with your Walmart+ membership, or your order was cancelled, either by Payless Daily or you.

2.6       Earnings Cap.  You are limited to earning $500 per calendar year (i.e., from January 1 through December 31), per Walmart+ Membership account, pursuant to the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program.  Once your Walmart+ Membership Account has reached this annual limit, you will no longer earn 2% Payless Daily Rewards on your purchases until the beginning of the next calendar year.

2.7       Return of Product and Reversal of Earned Payless Daily Rewards. In the event you return a product you previously purchased and for which you earned 2% Payless Daily Rewards, you agree that the value of those initially earned Payless Daily Rewards will be deducted from your Payless Daily Rewards balance.  From time-to-time this may result in a negative balance in your Payless Daily Rewards account, for instance, where you have already redeemed the previously earned Payless Daily Rewards for the product you returned.  In the event that happens, future Payless Daily Rewards you earn will be used to offset that negative balance.  However, you will not otherwise be required to repay any such negative balance, and no creditor-debtor relationship will be established between you and Walmart.

2.8       Redemption.  Please refer to the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use for all terms applicable to redemption of Payless Daily Rewards.

  1. Prohibited Conduct.

3.1       By using the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program, you agree not to:

  • submit to Payless Daily purchase information that is false, inaccurate, fabricated, counterfeited, tampered with, adjusted, or otherwise artificial or inauthentic for the purpose of seeking to earn Payless Daily Rewards with Walmart;
  • redeem, or attempt to redeem, Payless Daily Rewards for products that have not actually been purchased and retained, or for products that have been purchased but returned to a Payless Daily store or paylessdailyonline.com, following purchase;
  • upload receipts to Payless Daily that have already been uploaded by you or another user, for the purpose of earning Payless Daily Rewards for purchasing products that you did not actually purchase;
  • upload receipts to Payless Daily that reflect purchases that took place more than one (1) week prior to the date on which the receipt is uploaded;
  • attempt to obscure information on a receipt, such as by purposefully uploading a receipt without a clearly legible date;
  • use the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, and data protection and privacy, or the collection, storage, transmission, or access of educational records;
  • use or attempt to use the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program outside of the United States and Puerto Rico.


  1. Termination of Use; Discontinuation and Modifications or 2% Payless Daily Rewards.

4.1       Termination/Revocation. If you engage in Prohibited Conduct or otherwise violate any of these Terms of Use, the paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, the Walmart+ Terms of Use, or the Payless Daily Rewards Terms of Use, you agree that your permission to use the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program will automatically terminate and any rights you have to Payless Daily Rewards in your Rewards account will terminate and you will no longer be eligible to earn Payless Daily Rewards. You also agree that we may, at any time and without notice to you, suspend or revoke your access to and use of the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program, and any accounts you may have in connection with the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program including: (i) where we determine in our sole discretion that such action is reasonable in order to comply with legal requirements or to protect the rights or interests of Payless Daily or any third party; or (ii) in connection with any general discontinuation of the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program. We also reserve the right to modify the 2% Payless Daily Rewards Program at any time without notice to you. WE WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ON ACCOUNT OF ANY CHANGE TO THE 2% Payless Daily REWARDS PROGRAM OR ANY SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE 2% Payless Daily REWARDS PROGRAM, PROVIDED THAT IF WE TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE 2% Payless Daily REWARDS PROGRAM OTHER THAN FOR YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO HAVE YOUR Payless Daily REWARDS DISTRIBUTED, IN A MANNER TO BE DETERMINED IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. You may terminate your account or membership at any time by visiting your Account.

4.2       Effect of Termination. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of these Terms: (a) in accordance with the applicable paylessdailyonline.com Terms of Use, your license rights will terminate and you must immediately cease use of the Digital Rebate Services; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access the Digital Rebate Services; and (c) any Sections which, by their nature or express terms should survive, will survive.
