The Candy/Cosmetic Depot Return Policy*

No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of invoice date. Customer must Email prior to returning any product. All returned products must be accompanied with a return authorization number RMA, written explanation for return, and a copy of the original invoice if applicable. Write an email to thecosmeticdepot@gmail.com for obtaining RMA# for your return.

Returned products MUST be returned in "new" resaleable condition in original packaging. Returns will be subject to a minimum 25% to maximum of 50% restocking fee, including all freight charges**.

The Candy/Cosmetic Depot will inspect all returns for damage and determine whether additional fees need to apply. No refund will be issued if returned product is damaged beyond use, if it has been used, or if product has been damaged in shipping as a result of customer using insufficient return packaging.

The company did not ship what I ordered. a different type was shipped, so I had to make a 15-mile trip to return a $15.00 item. Very efficient, but not for me!

I love the colors. I wished the lightest color in each little section was bigger then they are currently.  I will have to purchase a light color seperately.

You didnt deliver to right address. You took my money. Time consuming to complain to probably not get money back. Delivery should take a picture. I might recognise one of my neighbor's doors if they delivered anywhere.
