My experience with the seller was very very bad. This is the worst seller I have ever. I tried to contact with him two times and none of the time I got response. At the same time seller provide me the item which was never advertised giving me the refurbished item while it was never displayed. Really frustrated with this seller. I would not recommend this seller. I wasted my all money it seems.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping plus restocking fee up to 20% to cover the initial shipping cost that cost us to ship the item that's being returned.

I tried returning the combiner/splitter at Payless Daily but I was told I would need the package it came in. I had ordered many items online since I was installing a new outdoor antenna and I kept all the packaging but I could not find the package with Hippo Deals on the label so I had to just pick out one of the envelopes and put the printed label Payless Daily provided me online on it and drop it off at FedEx location at Walgreens. This was inconvenient for me but I sent it back.

It would be helpful to know the size of this package and if it's coming in the mail delivery or not. I have to send everything bigger than mailbox size to daughter's work to avoid porch pirates. Then I wait for her to bring it by at her convenience. Not the fastest service.
