I don't know how to rate the shipper. I received the stuff in a timely fashion packaged appropriately. However, I don't know if someone pulled a scam on them or if they are trying to pass something off that's no good. I don't know enough to rate them.

I did not receive any contact, so I sent an email to the seller. I still have not received any contact. Payless Daily said because it is 3rd party they can't help. So I'm out of $17.00. I will try to find another company to buy products from next time.BJ
