Put together alone. Just be sure to follow instructions to tighten screws to 50% once all aligned you can tighten. Very comfortable solid construction, cushions are substantial no sink. Cushy and supportive at the same time. So far cushions have help up to 25 mph winds in Fort Worth, Texas.

This item never arrived. Both Payless Daily %26 Soft Inc. told me the other was responsible. I had to have multiple email conversations, phone conversations %26 even one in person at a Payless Daily to get my money back. I will not be ordering online again via Payless Daily or Soft Inc.

It was built within 2 hours and my kids have woke up early every weekend to jump. The basketball hoop is a major plus! Best outdoor equipment I’ve invested in!LeaderOf4

Then when you ask for a refund they ask you to pay to ship it back before they will give you a refund. Payless Daily should NOT be letting people do this to their customers!!! Payless Daily needs to do better too! If Payless Daily can’t support the refund then they shouldn’t let someone sell their products through Walmart! End of story! - 1 out of 5 stars review01/20/2024Terrible customer service! I requested a refund to exercise my right to return the defective tree based on the seller's return policy within 30 days of delivery. Instead, they asked me to unbox and reassemble the tree after I had disassembled it and boxed it back up to send back to them. Then, they wanted me to take a video of the issue and mark the pages in the manual for all the detective areas, and they would send it to the warehouse to send out replacement parts. In other words, it creates such a painful return process that you give up and keep the defective product. Avoid this seller at all costs!MICHAEL

I reached out to customer service and within two days, a new part was sent to my house to hopefully resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the part did not resolve the issue. So, I reached back out to inform customer service. The next response I got was informing me that a replacement product was being sent to my home. Within 2 days I received the replacement product which worked perfectly. I was overwhelmingly surprised by how helpful and quick customer service worked to resolve the issue. Thank you!Connor

The shiny case is pretty but I won't be buying another. They must have added something new but couldn't find anything in the instructions.carol
