The description was totally misleading. It said that you would get 10 edible markers. What I received was only one black marker. When I contacted the manufacturer they said that someone had written up the description incorrectly, so they offered me 20% off the order. It was very unprofessional.

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/13/2023Ordered a little 4 piece Christmas Village as Christmas gift. I only received 1 of the pieces. I contacted EVER SALES to request the other 3 pieces to complete the set and asked for a picture of the piece I recieved. "Ok! No big deal, they will send the rest and I will get it in time for Christmas" (So I thought) Customer service sent me an email saying they are issuing an 80% refund. "No thank you I said, I would like the complete set" to which they responded an 80% refund is issued and if I would like the set I can reorder. So, their solution is to not refund my order AND ask me to reorder? So spend even more money? Pass....What a rip off and what a total waste of time and money.Virginia

- 1 out of 5 stars review10/11/2023Poor quality not worth the money , shipping and not the size that is pictured! This item came to me destroyed , packaging was crumbled and un-usable . Item is deceiving in picture and very small this does not cover a front door like this picture it is a small wreath that could be the diameter of a candle ring . It is not worth the money, leaves fall off very easily and made poorly - would like my money back !Catherine
- 5 out of 5 stars review09/13/2023The material is soft, but I expected it to be a little thicker. The gowns are for my Mother In Love, who is always cold. She also has medical issues, so I throw away a lot of gowns and sheets, so getting the best or close to it for less is always a plus.LG
