Enricher Static Module

Did not receive hand controllers as advertised for the $417. It cant be played!  Ruined my son Christmas!

contacted because controller stopped working and you have no responded

I  thought I was buying a refurbished like new in box Xbox One but it is not refurbished. It was just reset to factory settings and put in a box with a thin line of bubble tape. So it was slammed around in delivery who knows how many times. No invoice either. There was dust in the back of the Xbox still. We received a controller that had grime stuck around the buttons and a button is broken. When I looked up their website there is no products in it so it seems to be fake.  There is also no address or phone number added to it. If I wanted to go to Pawn America or a thrift shop to purchase one I could have done that but didn't want to I wanted a refurbished which means "LIKE BRAND NEW IN BOX" one.

Love everything! It shipped pretty quick and I got it after a week! Everything was in excellent condition!

I like the delivery time was effective to the owner  time line.
