It was just reset to factory settings and put in a box with a thin line of bubble tape. So it was slammed around in delivery who knows how many times. No invoice either. There was dust in the back of the Xbox still. We received a controller that had grime stuck around the buttons and a button is broken. When I looked up their website there is no products in it so it seems to be fake. There is also no address or phone number added to it. If I wanted to go to Pawn America or a thrift shop to purchase one I could have done that but didn't want to I wanted a refurbished which means "LIKE BRAND NEW IN BOX" one.Alisha
