Main problem: The poles to connect fence pieces are open, hollow, and rough on the bottom . No way can be used inside, will ruin your floor. Should come
with some type of rubber attachments. probkem with using inside after outside, the poles fill with dirt. would not buy again, but only using outside anyway. Hopefully, dirt will fall out when putting up.

The assembly instructions were probably a bit confusing, but there have been no issues that needed to be resolved, so we cannot comment on their customer service, etc.GrandmasOpinion
- 1 out of 5 stars review12/11/2023I was very dissatisfied. I bought 2 on black Friday. One was delivered in a huge box. I called Payless Daily and tried to get help which the 1st lady I spoke to was great. Never received a second gate, I had to call Payless Daily once again. They basically said we will refund you your money. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they never bothered to even get on the phone. The lady said they said to tell me they would just say the same thing to me as she did. I honestly felt like they believed I was lying, like I received 2 gate and tried to get one free. I was so upset, more so because I shop at Payless Daily more than any other place. Spend tons of money and then get treated like a criminal. Goes to show you, customer is not always right :(Tammy

But the only thing I didn’t like was there aren’t actual instructions, there is a QR code you can scan to get instructions, but it took me to a site that was in a whole different language and the video was just taking way to long to load. But over all packaging was nice, nothing was damaged and there are even extra pieces.Shayna
