I received notification that they were delivered and contacted them multiple times to let them know I did not receive them. They would respond saying they were delivered. I have requested a refund many time and am still waiting.Jannette
- 1 out of 5 stars review11/20/2020I bought this from a 3rd party seller named best deal. The delivery box was damaged, the box had been opened. I set up my keurig and after about the 3rd cup of coffee it exploded coffee grounds everywhere. I tried to clean it with the calcium remover,changed the filter washed and tried again with an even bigger eruption. I sent it back only to be accused of sending back the wrong unit because it was dirty! I bought a much cheaper one from Payless Daily and it works great. Not sure if my issue was from best deal for giving me a refurbished maker or if its the machine itself. Questions before accusations would have been nice. They even said they reported me to Walmart! Beyond disgusted with this seller. Will not buy from them again!Amanda
