the only issue I had was that the shipping took longer than I was first advised....but well worth the wait.... packaged beautifully, and once it was picked up by FedEx, the delivery went quickly... i would highly recommend this seller! I'm very pleased!

Didn't send the game, so I had to return it the day before my son's birthday. Payless Daily was no help either, they made me return it instead of just sending me the game. So now my son is upset and even though Payless Daily said to reorder it, why would I do that when it will probably happen again?

- 3 out of 5 stars review01/17/2024First, the positive! Genuine quality (not a Japanese import), lightning fast shipping, and device itself appears to be in perfect condition. Now, for the negative. The box is wrecked. Squished and creased and damaged. I know the device condition is most important, but I'm a collector, so the box condition is important too. I'm okay with a little wear, but this box appears to have been stepped on multiple times. If you are one discards your boxes and don't care for condition, then do not be afraid to buy from this seller because the device is beautiful. The only complaint I have is the box condition, so I will need to replace it to add it to my collection. The pricing is fair but it is $35 more than retail if your are lucky enough to have a ...Kevin

- 1 out of 5 stars review12/29/2023DO not purchase from this seller! Purchased a Nintendo OLED Switch and returned unopened over a month ago directly to a store associate. Return was received and refunded in early December. Now over three weeks later, the distributor has rescinded my refund saying the item was not returned in proper condition? After several calls via Payless Daily Customer Care they said there's nothing they can do and I'm at the mercy of this distributor. They don't back their third party distributors at all. This is unacceptable and while I will no longer be shopping at Payless Daily, I want to warn anyone else about the costly pitfall of purchasing through this distrubitor.Katie

There were no questions asked and the return went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from the seller again.Grizabella

It arrived on the 7th , then customer service didn’t want to compensate me for the inconvenience the seller and Payless Daily have caused so don’t waste your time with the seller or Payless Daily online just go in your nearest storeJohnnelle

I thought Payless Daily would at least have my back and they couldn’t care less, but they took my money though… and I never received my package. I’ve contacted the seller and they still have not gotten back with me. They are not very caring about the whole situation and I can’t even get a replacement from the seller or Walmart. I told them I didn’t receive my package, they told me they have a picture saying I did. I told them I have cameras on my house and a video proving I didn’t receive my packages and they told me that doesn’t matter. I don’t understand how Payless Daily can do business with such a shady company. If I would have known that this is how I’d be treated, I would have spent my money elsewhe...Aundre
