Item was not delivered as pictured. Assortment complimentary pack of characters clearly shown on the add, were not included. Whe. I questioned DRMM, the replied that the add on the Payless Daily website needs to be updated. Very unfair to the customer. And very disappointing.

My item was never received. I contacted the seller and they rudely replied with what the tracking said which was delivered to parcel locker. When I replied back that the item was not delivered they rudely replied again for me to check with the post office. I cannot believe the lack of customer service from this seller. I will never use them again.

Thieves and liars, this seller deserce to be jailes for his lies and stealing. He seal used games using chinese machine and sell them as brand new, beware!!!

Showed North American version of game, but upon delivery it was a different version. I was able to return it, but if you aren't selling the NA version, don't put it in the product listing please.

Sent me a Nintendo disc and not the Xbox One I had ordered. Kids are not going to be happy this Xmas and DRMM INC failed on fulfilling an order with 1 item.

Game arrived in good shape, and on time as well. Just maybe a little more bubblewrap around the games in the future to give extra reassurance would be nice.

this was a fraudulent order and i was not informed until it had shipped so at that point nothing could be done
