I thought I had a problem with system, due to some glitching, but I just needed to change out the HDMI cable. You will need to learn how to use the game controller for your TV operation unless you have multiple HDMI ports on your smart TV. I do not use cable on the gaming TV. I have good speed with fiber optic so Elden Ring only took about 8 minutes to load.

This is not a US/EUR version! It is a Middle East/Far East version. Good luck if you have an issue as it will not covered by a US warranty. Buyer beware!

- 1 out of 5 stars review01/20/2024Tried placing a Christmas gift completely ahead of schedule and instead of receiving the controller we ordered they sent me a normal one without the extra specs WERE PAYING FOR. So I returned it but I did leave a voicemail twice to the manufacturer ya know because it’s before the holiday season trying to see if he can ship one same day I return. No one answered and still no one’s called me back. I feel terrible for the older consumers who don’t know the difference from a normal controller and a modified one buying for someone else because it’s half the price! If you don’t know what to look for make sure you see the touchpad is black and not white when you receive your order. Felt like a complete scam and DEFINITELY not buying from this spe...Shaunna

It was promised to get to my house two days after i placed my order. 4 days later it still had yet to arrive and i was offered a refund by walmart. The wheel had not even made it to UPS to shipped. The item was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of December, was not delivered , received an email stating it was delayed. Tracking item showed a delivery date of December 26th. December 26th arrived and no package. When checking tracking - it stated delayed with no other data. Thankfully, I called Payless Daily on 1/1 and they are issuing a refund.Teresa

Package was not shipped until after I made an inquiry as to why shipping was delayed the day after it was supposed to arrive. Slow shipping and foreign labeling on the box. Also thought I ordered the version with Modern Warfare III, but received one with only the console no game included.Charles

How does it work with PSP5 . Is there a adapter that have to buy for it to plug into PSP5. Shouldn’t have to buy anything else. Why would you include it if everything don’t work together or all you had to say is that Buyer would have to buy adapter. Need to now how I can use itAmanda
