This is a well put together item right here. If you don’t pay for the installation don’t worry. The instructions are easy to read and follow step by step. Very durable and beautiful design. I especially love the LED lighting within the item and the music mode which allows the colors to change when a certain instrument is sounding off. A great buy indeed

I accidentally ordered the wrong fire pit. I literally canceled the order within MINUTES, and they wouldn't cancel. It shipped anyway TWO DAYS LATER!
ABSOLUTE THIEVERY! By hook or by crook they will get your money and make it hard to get it back!
If I could give negative stars, I would.

The outdoor grille/fireplace/icepit needs to be looked at in terms of quality. the screw holes dont line up you have a very thin grille barley wider than the opening just laying atop able to move around and fall into the fire pit opening.J

Went to put car together and missing pieces to put it together. I called Payless Daily to see if they would just order a replacement due to the malfunctioning of the remote control the car and all I was told was all they can do is refund. I just want a replacement. Very unhappy customer.keshia
