Payless Daily did Ok in handling the problem. You need to check out their 3rd party sellers as some are not great

Arrived before the estimated delivery date which was a plus.  The outer shipping box was a little mangled, but the inner box and computer were not damaged at all.

New DJ Corporation has a restocking fee of $5.00 or 30%* per item, whichever is greater, on all returned items. Orders can be cancelled until they are in process. After an order is in process it becomes a return and is handled as such. The restocking fee also applies to refused orders, orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable by the shipping company. Returned it at the Payless Daily store cuz it was a third party online order they printed out a label and had to have fed ex pick it up to ship back to seller. 
So just wanting on a confirmation that it was received and my reimbursement refund to be granted successfully....!!!!

Right now!  Electronics like PlayStation are costing a lot of $ and are in demand.  Better get yours early.
