Good for beginners
Im just beginning the Pilates training series (via Daily Burn app, COVID) and it was recommended to buy a ring. The price here is the cheapest I could find. Not wanting to spend a lot of money in case I dont like pilates, price was my main concern. This ring is good for beginners because it isnt too restrictive. In other words, it isnt super sturdy and the flexing is moderate rather than really difficult. I would recommend this for beginners.
