Very impressed so far!
I have to admit I was a little wary because I had no experience with Hisense and didn't know anyone else who owned one either. I own four larger tv's, three 65 inch tv's, two older ones and a 65" LG I bought last year, but so far I like this Hisense better. The viewing angle for one thing is much better, looks bright and crisp in the periphery when others faded out. The 75" size looks fantastic, the sound I was even impressed with, thought I would have to buy a sound bar, but once I heard it I decided it wasn't needed. The Roku interface is really nice and streamlined, love the volume adjust while muted feature, also the metal trim, little things like this. So far I am REALLY liking this TV. Combined it with the RCA Yagi antenna in my attic, (the best antenna on the market in my opinion) gets almost every digital channel possible in my area. Very happy with this setup. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Disappointed, screen was busted upon opening
I was a bit disappointed with this TV. The screen was busted underneath the screen protector. It looked like something very hard hit the edge screen. The TV was well padded and foamed. The personal at the store were very careful when loading the tv. I suspect that the damage happened during manufacturing and that they didn't care to pull the item off the line. I can't see how a blow that sever could have gotten through the padding. I would suggest looking at another brand of tv.

    This tv is amazing. I love the size, the quality is great considering the price, and I love that I can control the tv from my app to keep from interfering with any other tv in the house that uses the same remote.

    My tv was broken when it came to me. And Walmart customer service department suck. I wanted a replacement and they sent me around the country for their poor customer service so I decided to ask for a refund and went somewhere else.

    DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE IF YOU DON’T WANT A STROKE
    Please DO NOT purchase this on line. I purchased this TV on line and I waited for over a week only for the TV to be damaged. When I turned it on there was a crack inside the screen and I contacted Walmart and they sent a freight truck to pick it up for a replacement, but I had to wait until the TV to get back to the warehouse in order for them to send me an replacement, but that never happened. I called Walmart to find out what was wrong and they canceled my exchange because the conversation with them was so confusing and no one told me that my exchange was canceled. I called Walmart again and they told me that I canceled my exchange and I didn’t, but now I’m asking for a refund and they tell me that I will have to wait ten days for a refund. ? I am so disgusted with Walmart on line purchasing right now. Please don’t purchase this item online because the stress with dealing with the Walmart telephone customer service will give you a stroke. I’m trying to save you from a stressful situation and from having a stroke.

    Nice tv for the price
    So far we think this was a great deal. The picture is nice and the menus navigate really quickly. I love how easy it was to set up with our smart devices and control with Alexa. Our last tv struggled with that. It has ample ports on it and good sound. I would purchase again!

    Do not buy! You get what you pay for!
    We had this tv a year and 3 months! I was watching it and all of a sudden the left side of the screen started turning dark! Forget about calling company! They washed their hands of it because it was out of warranty! They do not stand behind their products! Nor are they any help in telling us where to take it!!! Totally disgusted with them!!!

    Disappointing HDMI-CEC support. poor controls.
    One Star simply because of the controls. 1) CEC on this won't control a PS4, but other brands will. 2) Changing channels without the TV guide is in the opposite direction vs when the guide is up. Super annoying. 3) The volume controls on the side are annoying, especially for the elderly. 4) Trying to use the built in help doesn't even list CEC. Hisense, please fix what you can via software updates.

    In the store this tv looked good by comparison to the TVs around it. Once I brought it home though the picture was awful extremely grainy and it's worse than my 32 in Westinghouse I got 16 years ago which is 720p

    Install service was great!
    It was a week late so I had to reschedule the Handy install service twice! But once it arrived, everything was a breeze. The guy that was sent to install/ mount the TV on the wall was great. He asked questions to make sure placement was exactly how I wanted it. He vacuumed the mess from drilling for the mount. He was very friendly and professional. Delivery wasn't great. But the TV and install service are 5 star for me!
