A Defective Christmas Disaster
Ordered this for my 1 year old who isnt ready for the power wheel brand with no remote. The order arrived less than 4 days later, excellent! Box was not damaged but the product wires were not connected. We attempted to contact customer support to assist with the issue, weve been going back and forth since December 11th. I have found Best Choice Products Customer service to be unprofessional, it takes several days for them to respond to your email but if you do not respond quickly they will close your ticket. Ive had tickets closed, still no solution nor did they send a follow up survey to see hope I rated the help I receive. I will NEVER order from this company again. Only power wheels as Ive done in the past.

I put it together myself within 45 minutes. I also had a toddler trying to help me which is why it took longer. We charged it up. I love the charger has the light for red when its charging and green when it is done. This really helps with my toddler as he wants to ride it ASAP. He keeps checking the light and lets us know when its green. In the grass we need to keep it on high as the slower speed he hardly moves. I love love the parent remote. We go for walks and I can control him and also when he gets tired I can drive him. I highly recommend if you are looking for a ride on for your little one.Dylanosmom

I purchased Jeep decals on Amazon for $7 to give the Jeep a better look. I charged the batteries for 12hrs on the 1st charge like stated on the box and 6-8hrs after each additional charge. I feel for the amount of charge time of this vehicle my 2 yr old (28lbs) should get more then 10-15min of ride time. It states 2-3hrs of ride time which is completely inaccurate. But for 200$ I guess I'll deal with itJulio

Her 7 year old brother is too big and he's small for his age. It rides best on smooth surfaces . The remote control is it's best feature and it has a few. I am able to steer them from danger as long as I'm in range. It was easy to assemble. Charged battery for 12 hours even though it was charged, runs well. It lasted 2 hours. The radio and blue tooth a major plus. Realistic motor and horn sound. Going make a great remote control toy when they've outgrown it.Zinda

We all love how we can control it and when she gets older she can. The seatbelt was broken but never thought anything about that being issue. Everything worked on it up till yesterday when Jeep would not go forward or backwards. After looking at other reviews I am not the only one with this issue. Unless you buy warranty from Walmart there's only a 60 day warranty return. I did call company and they sent email on trouble shooting. They do not sell parts. I said according to reviews I am not the only one with Jeep not wanting to go forward or backwards even though lights, radio works and battery is at full charge. I will update if I can find the issue myself otherwise put warranty on it or after 5 months or less your Jeep won't work. My grandchildren did enjoy it while it worked.Loretta

We love the controller and he can actually reach the pedal himself. It gets good grip on blacktop and grass. I would definitely recommend it to someone. It also said it wouldn't be here for a week, it was here after 3 or 4 days I believe.Ashley
