TCL Roku Rocks
Love love love this 75 inch TCL TV! My niece introduced me to this brand in Dec 2019 when she bought me a 50 inch TCL SmartTv for Christmas and its a great tv with a crisp picture and great sound! So when I remodeled my living room I got the 75 inch TV in July and I can not get enough of this tv might should have gotten a 85 inch instead!

Bad screen
I bought this tv Oct. 2020 and the screen has already gone out. I also had to turn the volume up high just hear the sound. I have it in my bedroom and only watch it at night. Hopefully TCL will replace it.

    i cannot connect all screen to my phone, first problem i have ever had with a TCL TV! one even survived the Dayton Ohio F-5 tornado after being slammed to the floor! simply going to exchange this particular tv.

    TV is not working. The picture on screens shakes and letters are showing double. Dont know if it was dropped or damaged at the store or manufacturer. Will return.

    Nice TV, back mounts too low
    TV is nice for the money but the mounts on the back are way too low so when you use your already existing wall mount you have to move the while thing down about 4-6 inches or it sits way too high. Other than that I always used a ROKU so having it all in one is pretty nice.

    You get what you pay for
    Purchased this tv on 11/26/22 and the TV stopped functioning on 12/15/22. It stopped detecting Wi-Fi networks, after many troubleshooting attempts and calling TCL customer service they told me the TV should just be returned as it no longer works. Can't say I will purchase a TCL Roku tv ever again after this experience

    I received my 65' Class 4-Series 4K UHD HDR Smart Roku TV by Roku and i love it. the television is massively huge. If i would have went any bigger i would have had to buy a new tv stand. This television just made it lol and the box fits the entire back of my truck with back seats down. The television was delivered but i had to discard the box and thats how i know that it took up the entire back. As stated again its massive and so easy to set up and use daily. One more thing they protected the television very well in the box too

    When tv is on a dark picture or dark part of a movie there's white spots on screen almost where the buttons are at :( super unfortunate bc we just got it and already showing signs of screen going out

    I like the ease of shopping online and avoiding crowds! I hate when the item I've searched for is finally in stock BUT when I get it home it's DAMAGED !!!!!! Now I have to go into the store and deal with the employees which is like a box chocolate cause you NEVER know who you'll have to deal with!!!!

    Cannot Hang on WALL
    came to see if others had this problem, only to see a mountain of bad reviews so now I'm spooked. the picture is okay.. at times sharp and other times not so much. the sound is okay. it gets loud. I am pretty upset that I cant hang it. that was my intention for my small room. now it has to go on the dresser in my room. blocking my window light. I am very unhappy.. in 2022 how hard is it to add 4 holes behind a tv for me to hang it if necessary. now on top of this I have to worry about it turning black soon. 3 stars because it works and isn't too bad and has apps i need.

    Black Screen in just 7 months due to bad software
    Black screen in just 7 months due to bad software update from TCL. Still no resolution or fix provided. Don't buy this product due to low price. Its a piece of crap. If you are thinking of extended warranty from Walmart via Allstate then loss will increase more as Allstate not going to give back anything.

    PLEASE DONT BUY
    Please read all the one star reviews and save yourself the money! 3 months in and the screen is dark. It will turn back on in “Movie” mode only but I don't think it'll last long. This is a terrible TV.

    Terrible TV. DO NOT BUY
    This TV is supposed to be used for my home gym. I just bought it in April 2021. It is now January 8, 2022 and the screen is going out on it already. The colors are all fading. I guess you get what you paid for. The Vizio that I had prior lasted me at least 7-8 years. It's a big disappointment as this is my first TCL product. I trashed the box so I'm not sure how can even get a refund or warranty to replace it.

    If you like a TV that constantly gets itself stuck in recovery mode in which you cannot watch TV or do anything this is definitely the TV for you wonderful purple screen talking about an update that will never happen every time it resets itself it comes back to the screen screen

    TCL | ROKU TV recovery mode means Game Over
    One of the worst purchases ever. I have only purchased this product back in March-2021. The TV works fine until it gets switched off suddenly. We recently had a power outage and the TV went off. When the power resumed, we found out that the TV went to "RECOVERY MODE" never to return back to the regular processing. we tried multiple methods after checking youtube but the TV just automatically goes back to RECOVERY MODE. One of my worst purchases ever.

    The search for the perfect television

    I recently bought this tv last week and I'm really impressed with it amazing picture, great sound, easy set up and it saves you money instead of those high end tvs, if you want a tv that's affordable TCL is the way to go, I'm not just saying this cause it's the first 4k tv I bought it took me a couple years to decide what tv to get and research I originally wanted a 65 inch but decided to get a 50 inch tv instead and I'm glad I made that decision cause the tv is the perfect size for my stand I don't have anything negative to say about the tv and I would buy TV's again from this brand in the near future

    Excellent Quality Viewing and Sound!
    I wanted to purchase a Roku Smart TV for my master bedroom so I can be able to tune in to the Bible channels, and this TCL 43 inch Roku Smart TV worked perfectly. Installation was a breeze, the picture quality is excellent, the size is dynamic and the sound is absolutely great. Now, I no longer have to connect my lab top to a regular tv and log-in to see the Bible channels that I love, because the TCL Roku Smart TV does it all. It's saves time and space. I definitely love it!
